Charlie is going to become a large part of the story now. He is like an older brother figure to Willa. His personality resembles that of Fred and George. He is rebellious and mischievous, but dedicated to his work and loves his dragons as if they were his children. He is, on the other hand, wise beyond his years.
Disclaimer: Charlie isn't really discussed much so his storyline is kind of original as well... I don't know if how I write it is right, but it fits the story.
