Roman - Alexander Hamilton
Virgil - Maria
Janus - James Reynolds
Thomas - Philip

HI YES BEFORE WE GET STARTED I JUST WANTED TO SAY I READ THE ENTIRE 100 PAGE REYNOLD'S PAMPHLET FOR THIS CHAPTER. I'm not even joking. I used text-to-speech to listen to it BUT I read along with it and I say this in full confidence, The Reynolds Pamphlet is the most boring thing EVER. It took 20 minutes for me to get the part 'The charge against me is a connection with one James Reynolds for purposes of improper pecuniary speculation. My real crime is an amorous connection with his wife, for a considerable time'. If you've thought about reading it please don't spend an hour and thirteen minutes of your time doing it. Or do it if you want I don't care xD

Okay onto the chapter.

Thomas ran into the room, a pamphlet in hand. Patton looked up from his book and smiled

"Hey, Thomas. How are you?"
"Dad have you seen this?"
"Seen what?"

Thomas walked over, handing the pamphlet to Patton. At first, Patton was confused as to what it was. But he began to read it...

"'The charge against me is a connection to one Janus Reynolds for purposes of improper pecuniary speculation. My real crime is an amorous connection with his husband, for a considerable time with his knowing consent'?" Patton read as

Patton's glasses fogged up very quickly as he read the page. It was written by his husband, Roman. He flipped the pages rapidly, skimming the pages and getting the gist of what his husband wrote. He couldn't believe that Roman had an affair while he was with his family on a trip. A trip Patton tried to get Roman to go on.

Roman insisted he stayed at home, needing to work on getting his movie script accepted. Patton at the time tried to convince Roman but he wouldn't budge. After a long 24 hours, Patton gave up, letting Roman stay home. That was his first mistake.

After Patton and Logan walked out that door there was a dark aroura around Roman. He knew something bad was going to happen but he didn't know what. Then a certain person walked into his life. One night Roman walked the man home, not knowing he was about to have an affair.

Patton looked up from the pamphlet, seeing Roman walk in. A fire stirred within him.

"P-Patton please l-let me explain"

Patton stood up quickly, walking to his room. He knew exactly what he needed to do. Roman followed in tears, trying to get Patton to listen. A stack of letters was soon in Patton's hand, a stack of letters that could save Roman. Patton took a deep breath and began to shake slightly.

I saved every letter you wrote to me
From the moment I read them
I knew you were mine
You said you were mine
I thought you were mine

Patton sang softly, making Roman tear up. Words formed in his throat but his mouth refused to open. Roman's mouth eventually opened but Patton cut him off.

Do you know what Logan said
When we saw your first letter arrive?
He said, be careful with that one, love
He will do what it takes to survive

Roman's heart had a hole in it with that line. He and Logan were always close and when Logan came all the way from London(DAMNNN) he felt like an angel had come to save him but the angel was the devil in disguise as Logan tore Roman's heart into shreds, hitting him with the fact he was there for Patton, not him.
