Part 9~ Checkup

Time skip to where Hinata is now 5 months, sorry I know that's a big jump-

Hinata's POV~

Gah! Nothing fits anymore, I plopped back down on the bed and stared that the closet. I've tried ten, TEN! Different shirts on and none of them fit, I literally just got bigger shirts last month and now none of them fit.

And now these stupid hormones are making me teary eyed, gah! Then Kageyama walked in so I hid my face in a pillow so he wouldn't see me crying or at least I tried. "Hey Hinata are you rea-"

Kageyama's POV~

I walked in and saw that Hinata had hid his face in a pillow, was he hiding something? I walked over to him and lifted up the pillow away from him and saw he was a little teary eyed.

"Baby...what's wrong?" I said
"I'm sorry.... I couldn't find a shirt that fit me.." he says.

I gave a small smile "don't apologize baby, you can't help it if something doesn't fit....and plus that just means our little beans in there are growing just right." I said and pressed a small kiss on his bump and then his forehead.

He smiled and giggled a bit, "now that's what I like to see, that beautiful smile of yours. So how about I give you one of my shirts? Oh and, how about after our doctors appointment we go to the mall and we can get you some new shirts and stuff?" I said and he smiled and hummed in response.

I walked over to our closet and picked out a simple pastel blue t- shirt and then got him his favorite pair of black jeans.
(There maternity jeans btw)

I helped him change into the clothes and the T-shirt fit, it was still a little snug around his tummy but it was better than the other ones. "Does that feel better baby?" I asked adjusting the shirt a little, he hummed and nodded.

"Alright, why don't we get going then" I said and so we headed out of the house, locking the door behind us. I opened the car door and helped Hinata in closing the door behind him and then hopped in the drivers seat.

The drive was peaceful, I drove with one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding Hinata's hand as he looked out of the window humming a little song.

After a 15 minute drive we pulled up to the doctors office, I got out of the car first and then opened the door for Hinata and helped him out. We walked up to the office and signed in, then waited to be called.

A few moments later Dr Miyu came out, "Hello! Tobio and Shoyo, please follow me" they said. I stood up and then placed my hand on Shoyo's back helping him up, he let out a small sigh "thank you" he whispered and let out a small grin.

I smiled and we walked over to Dr Miyu who lead us into an examination room.

"Alright Shoyo, please sit up on the table for me. I'm just going to do some measurements, bloodwork and then we will move onto the ultrasound. Oh also, are you wanting to find out the genders today?" They asked.

"Oh no, we want to keep it a surprise!" Hinata said all cheery as I started to help him sit up on the table.
Once he got all situated the got all the tests done and then moved onto the ultrasound.

"Okay so just like any time, I'm gonna rub the gel around and then we'll take a look" Dr Miyu said. Hinata nodded and let out a small hum in response. He was already used to this so he didn't really say anything.

A few minutes later~
"Alright, everything looks just fine. The pups are growing just right and all of your tests came back clean. Nothing to worry about" they said with a smile. Me and Hinata both let out a sigh of relief.
