Shoyo woke up, hearing commotion and talking all around him.

"Shoyo- hey, it's Dr Miyu. Can you hear me?"

He blinked, nodding. A wave of nausea rushed over him, he just laid back and teared up. "Why won't this stop" he began to cry, wrapping his arms around his stomach.

"I know, I know. I'm sorry, we're gonna help you" Miyu helped him get onto his back, then motioned for a nurse to come over.

They thought for a moment, trying to figure out what to do next. "Someone go get Dr Saito, tell him it's Shoyo Kageyama"

Saito was in his office, sorting through a pile of paper, and filling some things out.

He sat in his chair, sighing and sitting back as he held a folder of papers. He began writing, when there was a knock at the door. "Come in" he said, loud enough for them to hear.

A young nurse walked in, and just stood by the door, "we need you down in labor and delivery. It's an emergency" she said.

He looked up and arched a brow, "I'm not sure who sent you, but that's not my specialty" he said.

"Dr Miyu sent me, it's a postpartum hemorrhage. Patient is Shoyo Kageyama" the nurse said and looked over at him.

He looked up, "Shoyo Kageyama?" He said, and stood. The nurse nodded, and motioned for him to follow.

Shoyo looked up and saw Dr Saito walking through the door, taking off his white coat and setting it on a chair.

"Hey Shoyo, do you remember me?" He smiled, putting some hand sanitizer on and walking up to the bed.

Shoyo nodded, giving a soft smile as he shut his eyes.

Saito then walked up to Miyu, taking a look at the charts and what treatments they have done so far.

"Okay Shoyo, I'm gonna do a quick exam on you. Are you okay with that?" Saito asked, putting on a pair of gloves and going over to Shoyo.

He nodded, turning into his back with a sigh as he felt a pain run through his chest.

"Can we have a few of you step out, I think it would be best if it wasn't so crowded in here" Saito said.

Miyu had a hand full of people walk out, then went up to the other side of the bed to assist in any way they could.

"Okay, deep breath in, and out for me. Okay?" Saito said, putting his stethoscope up to his chest.

Shoyo did as he said, and just took a few steady breaths.

"Can you..make sure my pup is okay-" Shoyo began, stopping as his breath hitched and he put a hand over his chest.

"We will, let's just take care of you right now" Saito said and gave a soft smile, pulling away.

Saito listened for a moment, then stood up straight and turned to Dr Miyu, "he's a little tachycardic, so I would like to keep an eye on that" He said.

"The nurse said he has had a postpartum hemorrhage? How much blood loss occurred?" Saito picked up a clipboard and went to a new page and began to write some things down.

"About twenty percent of his body's supply" Miyu stated, Saito nodded and wrote that down.

"Okay, I see you already have him on blood transfusions, which is good. I'd like to start him on new fluids, and some morphine for the pain"
