"So how was Krisha and Steven's wedding?" My mother asked me through phone call.

It's been a week since their wedding and it's been a week since he started courting me. Sa linggo na iyon palagi nya akong hinahatid sa trabaho o kaya naman ay ihahatid dito sa bahay. Minsan lang din nya ako inaaya mag date dahil kagaya nya abala din ako sa trabaho. Napakarami nya kasing business partners at mga company na pinag iinvest nya.

"Kailan ka uuwi dito, Mama?" tanong ko.

"Before your birthday."

Next month is my birthday. As usual I am not used at grand birthday party just some friends and families but my grandmother insisted, she wanted to celebrate my birthday with some famous people. Pinagbibigyan ko lang sya but I didn't expect that she will continue to celebrate it that way.

Hindi naman nagtagal ang tawagan namin ni Mama kaya pinagpatuloy ko na ang trabaho ko. While I am busy typing on my laptop the door suddenly open and it was Daniel.

"You let other guy court you?" hindi makapaniwalang tanong nya.

I sighed. Walang balak na sagutin sya.

"Don't tell me that Zackelthon delFaszo is your ex?" mahinang tanong nya sa paraang hindi din makapaniwala.

"Then I won't tell you."

He was pissed on what I said. He stared at me like I have a fault. But he calm so sudden through closing his eyes amd opened it slowly. I didn't allowed boys to court me but what can I do when the man whom I love for years asked me. I can't ignore it because there is in the past that I want to change.

"Zackelthon delFaszo is Angelina Marcko's fianc
ee."

Napatingin ako sa kanyang sinabi. So he also believed that fiancé thing, well... I can't blame him dahil ako din naman naniwala d'on but Zackelthon won't court me if Angelina is really his fiancé.

"Paano mo naman nasabi 'yan?" tanong ko.

"The blogs and magazine's are everywhere, Euryshalein."

"It was all rumors, Daniel. They are just making stories for some fame. Wala ka namang mabasa na kinompirma nga na engaged sila, right?"

"Why are you so blinded? You don't deserve a man like him."

"And do you think that I deserve a man like you too?"

Natahimik sya sa aking sinabi at hindi makapaniwala. I don't deserve a man like Daniel. He is too good for me. He's a good man.

"I can love you more than he do." mahinang sabi nya.

Napailing-iling nalang ako dahil sa pagkadesperado nya. I can't believed him. Sa lahat na may balak na ligawan ako ay si Daniel lang ang walang balak na sumuko. According to Christian, his brother is a spoiled man. He is used to get the things he wanted kaya siguro ay pinipilit nya ang kanyang sarili na makuha ako ay dahil hindi sya sanay sa mga bagay na hindi nya nakukuha and it was a challenge for him. Pero sariling hirap at sikap nya naman.

"You can love me more than he do, but... I can't love you." I said almost a whisper.

I want him to stop. I am being frank because I want him to stop courting me. He deserve a woman who will love him surely. I don't deserve him. Sobrang bait nya at kagaya ko kahit na galit ay pilit na kinakalma ang kanyang sarili. I don't want to lose a friend like him and I can't give him my love because I know that I didn't deserve him.
