I don't wanna ruin my mom and dad's night they haven't had a night out for a long time and I hate Valentine's Day people being all cuddled up and shit that was not for me.
I was gathering me some snack for my movie time when I get a text message from my favorite person huang Renjun me and him have been best friends since the 5th grade.
He texted me and asked if I would come to the park with him and his little sister sorin and of course I said yes because I don't have nothing to do.

I walked closer to the park and didn't see renjun but I did see sorin she was wearing a cute blue dress with a little cute bow when she saw me she jumped off the swing set and started running towards me.

She grabbed my hand and lead me towards the trail in the wood I didn't know where we going I was finna tell her let's go back where everybody can see us be she kept on pulling me Once we stop I felt my heart to speed

As I was admiring the picnic I felt someone's hand on mine I turn around and saw renjun smiling at me I hugged him.... he smelled really good, I didn't wanna let go.
"Happy Valentine's Day y/n"

"I hope you don't mind but I wanna spend the day with my beautiful best friend."

And with that being said we began to eat and let me tell you the food was amazing after eating we began to clean up and everything when I placed everything in his car sorin grabbed my hand and pulled me back towards renjun and took the basket out his hand and began to walk back to the car leaving me and him alone.
"Y/n do you remembered what I told you when we were in the 7th grade on Valentine's Day."
"Yea that when we get older we gonna be dating and be together forever.... omg you were over dramatic."

We stood in silence for a few seconds until tenjun grabbed my hand and bended down on one knee and pulled out a ring (promise ring)....... I was kinda scared

He placed the ring on my finger and placed his lip on top of mine I guess Valentine's Day wasn't bad after all
