Sathariel, Assistant Head of the Lungmen Guard Department's Special Inspection Unit and a citizen of Laterano, has a consistent record of being one of the worst Operators to uncover information in. Despite the information he has disclosed himself, a lot of his documents have been securely guarded in Laterano.
He now serves Rhodes Island as a Specialist/Sniper Operator as of Madam Ch'en's orders, maintaining the fragile relationship between Rhodes Island and the LGD.
