SUNOO AND JAKE CAME HOME LATE THAT NIGHT. The same unreadable expression had painted Sunoo's features, the dim light from the TV highlighting his soft features.
11:00 PM
Ni-ki was the first one to greet him. The worry was evident. Sunoo had only waved him off, telling him that he was fine.
The tension from the argument still lingered. Sunoo had felt that something was off, but decided to not press the matter.
Sunoo had taken a walk with Jake, Naito's words still echoing against the walls of his mind. His thoughts were divided into a cluster of messes, impossible to navigate.
But in the end, he came to a conclusion.
11:10 PM
His palms felt clammy, a layer of sweat.
A nervous expression rested on his face.
Glancing towards Jake, the older boy only gave him an encouraging nod.
11:15 PM
Sunoo slowly nodded and breathed in and out, slow breaths leaving his lips.
He began walking towards the backyard, his shoulders feeling awfully heavy, body telling him to stop.
Nervosity had never looked good on him

He found Naito in the backyard. He was on his back, eyes closed and arms spread out.
Sunoo thought he looked ethereal under the moon's gaze.
The cosmos envied his beauty.
'I'm sorry for running off.'
Naito's eyes fluttered open like a butterfly's wings.
'It's fine.'
It wasn't. Sunoo knew Naito well enough to know that it wasn't.
'I thought about the things you said. . .'

Naito slowly raised his eyebrows. But not out of surprise, no. He had been expecting that answer.
'Jake-hyung helped me sort my thoughts out,' Sunoo continued.
'Did you come to a conclusion?'
He was standing up now, body dangerously close to him.
Sunoo swallowed the lump in his throat.
'I did. . .' he breathed out.
Naito leaned over him, lips dangerously close. 'And━?'
'And I'm in love with you, as well.'

'Is that so?' Naito replied, lips curling into a small smirk.
Sunoo had a hard time looking into Naito's eyes.
The hard gaze from the latter one made his heart skip a beat.

'Yes. . . yes it is so.'
'Then I suppose you wouldn't mind if I kissed you?'

'No, Naito. I wouldn't.'

The moon stood tall.
The stars played chase around her but came to an abrupt stop.
They watched in awe as Naito and Sunoo sealed their feelings with a kiss.
