Four days before Christmas.
Wednesday.

Mai was doing her annual Christmas cleaning. Lillian was helping Darline downstairs and so she decided to get a start on her tasks.

She listened to this song at least once a day, she was never going to get tired of it.

She turned up the speaker after finishing wiping down the counters and sweeping the kitchen.

She was singing her heart at this point, she was so into it she didn't see Leanna walk in with her boyfriend and Jamal.

She jumped when she felt two hands around her waist, she looked up to see Mikah looking down at her amused, she just kept on singing.

He leaned down and kissed her lips.

the two that came in with Mikah were simply standing in the back fan girling, well Leanna was, she found the two very cute, Jamal just looked at the couple infront of him wondering why it took so long for them to realize that they had feelings for each other, and if they knew about the feelings, why wait. Then he remembered that his brother was legal and Mai wasn't until two weeks ago. He rolled his eyes.

"Hi" she smiled at him when the song faded out and she shut the speaker off.

"Hey mama, what you doin" he still didn't pull away.

"Cleaning, Lilly downstairs wit granny helping her." She answered.

"You look like you singing more than you cleaning." He smirked at her.

"Negro please, I cleaned in here, and the living room, ima change the curtains in there, you wanna help me wit that ? You taller than me" she smiled.
