Six: Double Surprises

After the whole week of tight schedules due to some club events,
the results will be announced on the S.U Announcement Board after lunch, pareho kaming kinakabahan ni Giann sa resultang magaganap mamaya, I'm not sure if my output will be acceptable dahil hindi ko talaga gamay ang research papers specially you have to write  all the fact and credible information about the topic you chose...hindi madali ang paghahanap ng bawat information dahil kailan ng mga basis on how you will defend your work.

"Calm down Lance I'm sure that we will be entered form the highest spot dahil halos lahat ng sumama eh habol lang ang Editor in Chief ng School Publication and the rest all of their output is nonsense" yan din ang ipinagtataka ko kung sino ang pinagkakandarapaan nilang Editor in Chief dahil halos lahat ng babae excited nung orientation.

"Your confident dahil politics and media ang napuntang subject sayo, but how about me? how did they get that idea na animal extinction ang research na ipapagawa, mas okay if international or local updates nalang ang napunta sakin dahil baka may chance" I don't know if how they get to cope up with animal extinction subject sa lahat ng pwedeng issues ngayon. I didn't take that as an wrong idea but animal extinction is rare from school papers kaya nawawalan ako ng pag-asang makapasok sa
School Publication dahil sa nakuha kong subject.

"It's just a test if you could come up with rare topics at kung ako ang papipiliin I would rather choose your subject than mine dahil they were testing  how members can cope up with different topics, kaya calm down dahil makakapasok at makakapasok tayo" I want to give him a slow clap with matching standing ovation because of his confidence, grabe kanino kaya nagmana ang Giann nato? at tiwalang tiwala sya sa output na ginawa namin.

Sinusubukan kong wag mahawa sa mga lukot ang mukhang umaalis sa harap ng Announcement Board habang papalapit kami ni Giann dun, hindi mapagsiglan ang ngiti nya sa mukha  habang papalapit kami sa Board, confident na confident talaga syang pasok kami sa School Publication habang ako'y halos sumama na sa mga istudyanteng bagsak ang balikat na nililisan ang board...

"Bakit ba kasi sampu lang ang pwede?...Urrggh!!..."

"We don't have another chance T_T...."

"Why!!...T_T...my chance to meet our Editor in Chief is now last T_T..."

Halos magsabunutan ang mga nagsisik-sikang istudyante sa Announcement Board dahil sa inis na hindi sila nakapasok sa School Publication, masyado bang big deal kung makikita nila ang Editor in Chief? like what the h*ell they can see him at their office kung desidido talaga silang makita sya o sadyang may sayad lang mga to at obsessed lang sa kung sino mang editor in chief na yan.

We almost reached at the front at talagang nakipagsiksikan si Giann para lang makapunta kami sa pinakaharap ng Announcement Board.

"See... I told you! You even took the first spot tapos nagdra-drama ka pa kanina hahhahahah congrats
Mr. Terence Synder we took the first and second spot" halos lumuwa ang mata ko sa gulat because my name was written from the first spot of the list at talagang binasa ko pa ulit para makasiguro. We both looked on each other at nagta-tatalon kami ni Giann sa gitna ng mga istudyanteng gusot ang mukha dahil hindi sila nakapasok, bahala sila dyan hahahhaha.
