Noelani comes from a long line of powerful witches and mermaids.
She was dating bodhi Castillo and when he died she was pregnant with his baby, She gave birth to her baby on the shoreline beside her home: the ocean. That baby was diya. Elowyn had never met bodhis mysterious girlfriend and certainly didn't know that diya was their kid.
Noelani is the queen of the sea, and a white witch. While her daughter diya is a extremely powerful witch who is the only exception for dark magic she is also the princess of the ocean. Noelani believes that Elowyn can find diya and save her.
