"SIRIUS!! YOU FUCKING SHIT WEED, WHERE ARE YOU?!" Lily's head shot up from her homework as I looked up from my reading book, the two of us immediately recognising the voice screaming down the boys dorm stairs. Sirius had already sprinted out of the common area with Peter while James was sat with Lily at one of the tables, just as confused as the two of us. Once coming down the stairs, Remus came over to me, the sweetest smile on his face as he leaned over the back of the sofa. I stared at him as I sat by the fire.

"Can I help you, Mister Lupin?"

"Could you tell me where Padfoot went, my darling?" I shook my head with a laugh and pointed to the portrait.

"He ran with Peter after hearing you shout." I looked back down to my book. Remus growled.

"That little dick fucker, I'm going to kill him-" Just as Remus walked off, I grabbed his arm.

"Nah nah nah, what'd he do?" I asked, gripping his robe sleeve as I turned around to kneel on the sofa cushions.

"The obvious." I hit him upside the head with my book.

"How am I supposed to know what that is, you twat?"

Remus huffed and pinched the bridge of his nose, rounding the sofa and dropping beside me.

"In classic stupid Sirius fashion-" The portrait swung open to reveal a mortified Sirius.

"I ate chocolate! While I was a dog! I'm going to die!" A smile crept its way onto my face and I kept pursing my lips to try and not laugh, although failing miserably. "What's so funny Crook? I'm dying!" I glanced back to Remus.

"He threw up all over our dorm floor." I immediately fell silent, looking over to James, who appeared disgusted.

"Padfoot! Come on, man."

"I panicked!" I snorted at his fear, Peter following behind Sirius as he wiped down the base of his trousers and shoes with a tea towel, hopping along and stopping every so often.

"Go clean it then, Pads, you made the mess." Sirius groaned and looked to his three friends for help, however they all just stared at him expectantly. I turned to Peter. "What are you doing?" He looked up from holding his foot, dropping his shoe to the floor.

"We got to the second floor and he threw up on me." Peter glared at Sirius as the pure-blood whined, making his way, begrudgingly, up the stairs to the boys dorm room.

"That's...." I began, unable to find the word to describe it.

"Nasty." James piped up from beside Lily, who just nodded in agreement. Peter sighed and nodded too, grimacing.

"Anyone got some spare clothes with them?" We all stared at Peter. Lily and I shook our heads.

"Not unless you want to wear girls clothes."

He groaned, looking between James and Remus. The pair shook their heads, Rem leaning partially on the arm of the sofa and the back of the sofa, his arm was draped over the back cushions, his fingers gently fiddling with my hair. James chuckled, sending Peter a sympathetic smile.

"Nah man, everything's upstairs."

When dinner rolled around, we were all waiting on Sirius, chatting away as we gathered food onto our plates.

"You reckon Sirius is still panicking?" Lily asked from opposite me. I nodded, taking a bit of the roast dinner we had been offered by the house elves.

"Does he know chocolate won't kill him?" My friends all shrugged as I laughed to myself, shaking my head.
And thus we all looked over to the Hall door, snickering and laughing as in walked one moody Sirius Black. I sat up straighter and smiled. "Evening, Padfoot, finally realised?" I asked with a smirk as he settled into the seat beside James. He huffed, ignoring my question as I quietly laughed, watching him scoop some food onto his plate.

"Now, now, Pads, why so upset?" James chuckled, nudging the boy with his elbow.

"Oh shove off, Prongs."

"Dude, you are a human, you have human organs." I laughed as Remus nudged my leg with his knee, shaking his head with a smile as I glanced over to him. Sirius just glared at me while dropping into the seat opposite me. As I swallowed a mouthful of food, a thought came to mind with a surprised hum. The group looked at me. "Where were you guys last night?" I looked over to Peter, then Sirius, then James, who then shared looks with each other.

"What do you mean?" James chuckled, looking over to Remus.

"I mean I was sat at the Whomping Willow and he just randomly collapses into my lap, and the three of you..." I motioned to the three Marauders. "Were no where in sight." Lily stared at them, continuing to eat her roast.

"I-...What? We never lost sight of Remus." James spoke, looking over to his werewolf friend. "Right?" He glanced to Sirius and Peter. "Did we?"

"I don't remember losing him, do you?" Sirius looked to Peter, who just shrugged.

"No." Peter looked over to me with a smirk. "Look, you probably imagined it, we kept an eye on Moony the whole night-"

"Actually, I did collapse on her that morning, and she asked where you guys were." I stared at our friends expectantly. "I told her I didn't know...cause I didn't." Sirius began to chew on his cheek, and James smiled nervously while Peter just shrugged and went back to his dinner. Lily chuckled and shook her head. "So...you didn't keep an eye on me the whole night."
