Rosetta's POV:

"Where have you been?" I ask Reg as he walks in
"Around"
"That doesn't help" I respond unimpressed
"My brother stopped me on my way here" he finally explains
"What did you do?" I ask
"Why do you assume I did something?" He asks sounding slightly offended, I give him the 'you know why' look "fine I merely said he should perhaps not come home ever"
"Why?"
"Because when he does it always goes wrong" he flinches
"Reg! Why would you do that? You know it just causes issues" I lecture
"Yeah i know" he brushes his hand through his hair, "I just hate that my parents and Sirius always argue, makes for a very uncomfortable summer"
"Regardless you may have just caused more issues, there's enough bad blood between you two, you don't need to make it worse. Not only that but Sirius moved out so what's the problem?" i stress
"Okay okay and he still sometimes shows up out of nowhere it's like he wants to see what he left behind so he feels better about his own life. It's rather frustrating" he concedes and we fall into a comfortable silence.

Around an hour later the compartment door opens to reveal Remus Lupin
"Hey Rem I wasn't sure if you'd sit with us or not" I say breaking the silence
"Spent some time with them and now I'm here"
"Was it awkward with Sirius?" I ask carefully
"No we are fine though he doesn't believe I actually you know"
"Fancy him" I finish for him and he nods as Regulus buts in with
"I don't understand why? I mean him, really?" I hit him on the back of the head "ow why?" I pinch him lightly to try to get him to shut up "ow, Merlin woman" I finally give up and just put my hand over his mouth
"Why doesn't he believe it?" I ask Remus, who had been watching mine and Reg's interaction amused, he puts his head in his hands before answering
"He thinks people found out about my sexuality and merely added his name to make the gossip spread quicker" I shake my head and uncover Reg's mouth
"What an idiot" I settle on saying, Remus nods with a little smile on his face as Reg merely glares at me "what?" I ask him "would you have shut up if I did anything else?"
"You sure did try, slapping me and pinching me" he says
"Oh please it wasn't even that hard, did I bruise your ego?" he rolls his eyes as I mimic him, it's strange how comfortable I am with these two after such a short amount of time.

We fall into a comfortable silence once again, so I pull a book out of my muggle backpack as Remus and Regulus sit back and relax.

A few hours later

The train pulls up to the station with a small jolt which wakes up Remus but I still have to shake Reg to wake him up because apparently he's a deep sleeper.

"What is it!?" He shouts alarmed as he sits up "oh it's just you" he calms down when he sees it's me and Remus
"Yeah it's just me" I say amused "who did you think it was?"
"Doesn't matter" he waves off "now let's go hells not going to wait forever" he comments
"That's a bit dramatic" I respond
"If you spent time at my house you'd realise why I call it hell" as he says this we grab our luggage and begin to walk off but Reg grabs mine and Remus' arms
"What?" Remus asks
"I've got to say goodbye now, trust me I wouldn't wish my parents wrath on anyone, not even my brother but that's out of my hands" he says
"Aww" I pull him into a hug and he goes rigid, clearly not being used to the sudden affection but after a couple of seconds he returns it "write to me" I ask/demand
"I'll try but if my parents found out I was writing to a..." he pauses
"Mudblood" I finish but he puts his hand over my mouth
"Don't use that word, I was going to say muggle born" I smile at his protective nature
"I'll miss you"
"Yeah I know you will" he winks causing me to roll my eyes, laugh and shake my head all at the same time, turns out once you become friends with the quiet, well-known, pure blood Regulus Black the more sarcastic and egotistical he becomes though unlike Potter it's clear it's just his form of humour, and I really will miss it.

Remus quickly hugs Regulus and then we watch him leave, once he's disappeared from view I turn to Remus
"Write to me" I demand/ask whilst pointing a finger in his face
"Do you even have to ask?" Rem replies laughing and then he pulls me into a hug
"I'll miss you" I whisper
"I'll miss you too" he pauses "how about you come to mine for the last week of summer?" I grin
"I'll speak to my parents" I say in response
"Me too, well I'll see ya soon Ro" we begin to go our separate ways
"You too" I wave and then meet my sister by the wall
"Let's go" Lily says "oh by the way that whole goodbye thing was soooooooo cute" she mocks
"Shut up" I smile "your the one who wanted me to have more friends"
"That I did" she laughs and I quickly run through the wall and Lily follows me, as we run through we see our mum and we quickly head over to her.
"Hey girls" our mum hugs us both
"Mum I kind of need to be able to breath" I say, she let's go as I hear others coming through the wall, I don't think anything of it until I hear
"Ro!" I turn to see Remus jogging up to me and a woman, who I assume is his mother, following behind
"Yep" I bounce on the balls of my feet
"I spoke to my mum and she said it'd be fine for you to come"
"Hi Rose Ive heard a lot about you and of course you can come for the last week, I've also heard from my son that you have been very supportive and for that I am grateful" I blush fiercely
"Hi I'm Rose's mum, Penelope" my mum shakes Remus' mums hand
"Rachel" his mum promptly responds "Remus has asked if Rose here can come to ours for the last week of summer"
"I don't see why not, I've heard a lot about your son and he seems like a brilliant young man..."
they continue speaking as I turn to Rem
"This is embarrassing"
"Your telling me, I'm 17, officially an adult" Rem complains
"Oooh an adult" i mock, we turn to see our parents saying bye and then we go our separate ways,
"Are you sure you'll be comfortable going to his for a week?" My mum asks
"Of course he's one of my best friends" she nods as we make our way to the car, we clamber inside and head home.

Can't wait for that week at Remus'.

A longer chapter here, awww Reg, Rem and Ro are such amazing friends.

Next chapter will be the majority of the summer except for the last two weeks, just so your aware.
