Rosetta's POV:

It's Christmas!

I push my cover off of my body and I leap up not bothering to change out of my pjs, I instead just go straight downstairs to see Lily is already up.

"Merry Christmas!"
"Merry Christmas Etta" we hug and we sit down on the floor together just laughing at nothing in particular.

"Morning you two"
"Morning mum!" We call back to her
"Your brother not up yet?" She asks
"I haven't seen him" I respond, she hums as I hear her in the kitchen moving about.

"Morning ladies"
"Morning dad" we respond together
"Merry Christmas girls"
"Merry Christmas!" we call as Lily throws a bit of tinsel at me and I put it around my neck like it's a scarf
"You look ridiculous" Lily laughs
"Your all so loud" Rory groans as he enters the room
"Merry Christmas!" I call as I throw the tinsel at him
"Thanks" he grabs the tinsel and places it in the table before going to sit down
"Cheer up..." I go to say but then the fire place lights up and out steps an enthusiastic Regulus
"Merry Christmas!" He shouts as he climbs out of the fire place
"Merry Christmas!" I respond at the same volume as I jump on his back. He spins around, me still on his back before placing me down.
"Merry Christmas Penny" I hear him say to my mum, "merry Christmas Ray" I hear him say to my dad as well
"Merry Christmas Regulus"
"Merry Christmas m'boy" I hear them laugh before they join us in the living room
"Rory!" Reg holds his hand out for Reg and Rory shakes his hand but Reg pulls him up and hugs him making Rory very uncomfortable as he pats Reg on the back slowly "wow you've really outdone yourselves with the decorating" he whistles as he looks at the tinsel hanging around the room and the big Christmas tree in the corner
"Thank you Regulus" my mum responds as she sits down
"Presents!" Reg shouts

I get up and grab my presents for everyone
"Merry Christmas everyone!" I cheer as I hand them out, except for Rory's "me and Lily got you something from the both of us" Lily goes to get the cage and tells Rory to close his eyes as she places the owl in front of him "ok open" I instruct he opens his eyes and a look of shock appears on his face as he looks at us
"Thanks guys" he's rather speechless
"Thank you for the personalised pillows they'll look great on the sofa I don't like the ones we have now" she grins
"I know, I heard" we laugh
"It's so pretty" Lily says as she holds the blue dress up to her body
"Quidditch!" Reg calls "you know me so well" he says as he holds the book

I open my presents to see I get; a photo album from mum and dad, a picture of me and James from Lily, some cute cat toys from Reg, Rory got me two teddies one is a doe and the other is a stag.
I love them so much there so cute.
"Thanks guys" we all exchange thanks as we get up to have breakfast which includes; bacon, eggs, sausages, toast and bread.

We dig in all filling ourselves up completely,
"Merry Christmas everyone" Reg raises his glass of water and we all cheers

We head the fireplace go and in walks......

"Merry Christmas!" James calls
"James what are you doing here so early?" I ask him
"My parents suggested you and your family have Christmas dinner with us" he says loudly for everyone to hear, i facepalm and rest my head against his chest.
"That sounds wonderful" my mum sounds way too cheerful "I'm Penelope, her mother, it's nice to finally meet you" I feel James move his hand probably to shake hers "this is my husband Ray and I'm sure you know her brother and sister. Sadly her older sister is spending Christmas with her boyfriends family so she's not here"
"Hello James" I look up to see James shaking my dads hand and I groan
"Would you like me to help clear up and then we can go to mine and we'll spend Christmas as an extended group, best get acquainted now, we'll be family one day" James laughs as i hiss
"James!"
"Oh I like you" my mum laughs
"You've got a good attitude, I don't understand why Rose didn't like you" my eyes go wide
"Dad!" I moan
"What?!" He raises his hands
"Let's tidy this up" mum grabs dads hand as I grab James' and I pull him into the living room.
"That was awful" i huff
"That like me don't they" he raises his hands amused
"Shut up" I pull his arms down
"Charming love" he kisses my nose and I blush
"Oh this is for you, what we discussed" i tell him as I hand him his present, before he opens it he pulls a small package out of his pocket and hands it to me
"What we talked about" we both grin as we open it to each find the bracelet we decided to get each other. Mine has a charm on it that says 'J+R' whilst his is a bangle with the same initials. I lean up and kiss him softly
"I love you" I tell him wholeheartedly
"I love you too"

"Aww" I hear my family all chorus from the door and I blush embarrassed as James laughs

"Shall we?" He asks as he holds out his other hand
"You might want to close your eyes first times always the worst" Lily advises our parents before we apparate
"You can open your eyes now" James tells them they do so and there eyes widen in shock at the gorgeous building
"Oh my..." my mother mutters as the door swings open

"Rose sweetheart" Mia opens her arms and we hug, she lets go and turns to my family "welcome it's so great to meet the people who raises this lovely girl"
"Hi I'm Penelope and this is my husband Ray" mum introduces them "and these are three of my four children; Rose of course, her twin Rory and her sister Lily. Sadly my eldest isn't with us this Christmas as she's spending it with her boyfriends family. Oh and this is Regulus my adopted son sort of"
"I see and yes your Sirius' brother, Rose told me." She explains "it's great to meet you all, what are you all standing there for come on in" Mia moves to let them in "oh how rude of me, I'm Euphemia but you can call me Mia and this is my husband Fleamont and you know James" we all walk into the living room following Mia. "Sirius and Remus are going to come at four thirty just before dinner at five" we nod as I quickly sit on one of the love seats with James "you are welcome to stay for the rest of the holiday if you want, we have three Sapir room so one for Reg and Rory to share, one for Lily and one for you two Penelope and Ray. Rose you can either stay in the room you were in before, sharing with Lily or you can share with James" I nod
