Double Dinner Date

Third Person POV: (Everyone's in the upstairs loft watching a movie)

"What the hell is this movie about again..?" Alix asked with a confused expression on her face.

"Talking chihuahuas." Sabrina replied walking up the stairs with popcorn.

Alix slouched on the couch and blankly stared at the large tv.

"Who picked the movie... because what the fuck." She said stealing the bowl of popcorn from Sabrina.

"Alixxxx.." Sabrina whined.

"Hey! I picked the movie!" Kim yelped.

"Hm. Makes sense now." Chloe mumbled while swiping on her phone.

(Alya, Nino, Adrien, and Marinette walked upstairs, dressed to go out)

"OoOOoh! What are you kids getting into." Rose teased while cuddling up on Juleka.

"We're going out for dinner." Alya said with a warm smile.

"Without us?!" Alix whined.

"You guys are big kids... you can order food." Alya teased.

"We'll bring back leftovers." Marinette giggled.

The four stared at the tv in confusion..

"Who the fuck put on 'Beverly Hills Chihuahua'..?" Alya asked while laughing.

"It's literally a good movie guys.." Kim uttered getting annoyed.

They stood there like 🧍‍♂️

"Okay.. Well.. Have fun, guys!" Marinette said, walking down the stairs.

(At the restaurant)

Nino and Alya stared at Adrien and Marinette.

Adrien and Marinette looked at each other.. then back to them.

"So, Ladies.." Nino started.

"Cut the bullshit..... SO.." Alya followed.

"Adrien.. you love Mari?" She blurted with a wide grin.

Adrien froze and slowly turned his head to Marinette.

Marinette slammed her face onto the table and whined.

"Alyaaaaa... why'd you say all thaaaat..... you weren't supposed to tell him that I told youuuuu.." she groaned.

Nino and Adrien laughed.

"I'm not surprised that Mari told you.." Adrien replied.

"Oooh my gOd.." Marinette groaned.

"But yes, I do."

"I love Marinette." He finished.

Alya sat there with a fat smile on her face.

"Alya I can see you smiling.." Marinette said, her face still on the table.

"I'm happy for you dudes." Nino smiled shaking up Adrien and patting Marinette's head.

"Okay but like... what does this mean Adrien?" Alya pressed curiously.

Adrien hesitated.

"We-Well.. Uh.." He stammered, looking to Marinette.

"Mari..?" He nudged her shoulder.

Marinette lifted her face from the table.

"What was the question?" Marinette asked with wide eyes.

Alya rolled her eyes and sighed.

"You guys are helpless."

"Are you guys going to date or what??" She groaned.

Marinette and Adrien looked to see which one of them was going to answer.

They both shrugged.

Alya's eye started twitching.

"FUCK! GIVE ME AN ANSWER!" Alya demanded, starting to raise her voice.

"Babe! Damn we're in public.." Nino said placing his hand over her mouth.

Adrien and Marinette started to laugh.

"What do you say Mari?" Adrien asked with a soft smile.

"O-Oh.. we're doing this? Right now..?" Marinette stammered.

"Marinette.. answer HI-" Alya was interrupted by Nino's hand.

Marinette paused and turned towards Adrien.

"Will you be my girlfriend, Marinette?" Adrien asked reaching for Marinette's hand and holding it in his.

Marinette blushed.

Alya screamed.

Nino smiled.

"Adrien.. I'm sorry." she sighed.

"But you're just a friend.."

Alya, Nino, and Adrien froze. Alya's jaw dropped to the ground and Nino's eyebrows were raised.

Dead silence.

"I'M JUST KIDDING! I've only been wanting to say yes since 8th fucking grade.." Marinette teased, poking him in his chest.

The three of them didn't move for a good minute and a half..

"MARINETTE.. THAT WASN'T FUNNY.... LIKE........ WHATSOEVER...." Alya screamed slamming her hands on the table.

At this point, the whole restaurant was watching them.

"So.. was that a yes..?" Adrien asked anxiously..

"Yes, Adrien.."

"I will be your girlfriend." Marinette answered, still giggling at Alya and Nino's reactions.

Adrien gently kissed the top of her hand.

Alya slouched back in the booth and let out a HEAVY sigh.

"Never do that shit again.." She uttered under her breath.

Not my favorite chapter but I thought it was funny.😭
