"ELLIE do you seriously think they'll assume you? I mean you're almost every teacher's favorite. I doubt they're going to think you were stealing." Daphne spoke. "I agree." Cedric replied. "I don't know, I mean Jane is out to get me." Ellie exclaimed. "Yeah, what's her problem?" Brandon asked. "Everything." Chase muttered. "Wow Chase I didn't know you could be mean." Daphne admitted. "She was mean first." Chase advised. "Bravo Chase is starting to insult people. I think Daphne's starting to rub off on him." Brandon spoke. "No she's not!" Chase shot. Daphne just gave him a look. "Calm down Chase, we both know that you're too nice to ever act like me." Daphne said. "Hey! I can be mean." Chase shot. "No you can't." Brandon spoke. Ellie then looked at Cedric who had fallen asleep on his textbook. Ellie nudged him and he shot up and looked around. "Yeah ugh whatever you said." Cedric muttered. Then he looked over at Ellie and she rolled her eyes "Can I put your hair in a ponytail?" "Fine." Ellie shot. Cedric smiled as Ellie gave him a hair ribbon. Then he started playing with her hair. Then Lee Jordan walked up and sat next to Brandon. "Hey." Brandon spoke. "Hi." Lee replied. Ellie laughed and Brandon glared at her. "Ellie, we have some serious matters to talk about." Lee spoke. "About what?" Ellie asked. "How you let Cedric play with your hair and not me!" Lee shot. Ellie just gave him a look. "You're insane." Ellie shot. Lee just scoffed and then started talking to Brandon. Then all of a sudden the Weasley twins walked in and looked at the table and walked over. "This is weird." George spoke. "Yeah I don't we've all ever been in the same place together." Fred added. Everyone looked at the two and Cedric shrugged. "Yeah all we need is Luna and Blaise." George said. "Did someone say my name?" Luna asked, and walked towards them with Blaise. "Okay yeah this is weird." George admitted. "I don't know what you're talking about." Lee said. "Yeah, I mean we've all been in the great hall together." Brandon added. "And the Yule Ball." Lee spoke. "You two are the stupidest people I have ever met." Fred admitted. "I don't understand." Lee advised. "What the twins are trying to say is that we've never been at a table or like this together." Daphne shot. "I still don't follow." Lee whispered. "I finished." Cedric shot. "How long does it take you to do a ponytail?" Ellie asked. "But it looks perfect." Cedric spoke. Then Daphne looked at Ellie's hair. "He's right. It does look perfect." Daphne admitted. Cedric then looked at Fred. "What?" Fred asked. Then Cedric stepped on Fred's foot "Ow! What the bloody hell is wrong with you!" Fred shot. Ellie just laughed and Brandon smiled. "I knew Cedric was a legend for a reason." Brandon admitted. "My foot hurts." Fred groaned. Ellie just gave him a small smile and he smiled back. "Hey Fred." Chase spoke. "Yeah?" Fred queried. "I thought I'd let you know that Ernie Macmillan has a grudge against you." Chase advised. "For what?" Fred asked. "Well he just doesn't enjoy the fact that you threw a rock at his head." Chase muttered. "Who's Ernie Macmillan?" Brandon asked. "He's a Hufflepuff in fourth year." Blaise told him. "Eh whatever. Now I think my foot is bruised, Diggory!" Fred shot, then he looked down and saw Cedric sleeping. Fred then leaned down and got close to Cedric's ear. "Diggory!" "Shh." The librarian shot. Then Cedric shot up. "What just happened?" Cedric asked. "Well Fred just screamed in your ear." Lee advised. "Well at least now I can say Cedric thinks i'm the better Weasley twin." George smiled. Cedric just gave him a look but then shrugged. "Shoot." Ellie spoke. "What?" Brandon asked. "Tomorrow they're searching dorms." Ellie advised. "They are?" Daphne asked. "Only Ravenclaws." Ellie spoke. "Do you have anything to hide?" George asked. "No, but I need to reorganize my stuff." Ellie shot. "Do you think I should too?" Brandon asked. "Please do. Anthony Goldstein said that he could smell the sixth year boys' dorms from his." said Ellie. "That's disgusting." Daphne spoke. "Yeah but boys' rooms usually smell and look icky." Luna exclaimed. "She's not wrong." Lee said. [][][] "IS there a reason you asked me to meet you here at seven in the morning?" Fred groaned. "Yes there is a reason. I have a gift for you." Ellie explained. "Here." she spoke and handed him a box. Fred raised an eyebrow then opened it up and saw a brown braided bracelet with a hummingbird charm and beads surrounding the sides. And a button to open and close it. "Where'd you get this?" Fred asked with a smile. "I may have asked my mum for the supply's and Luna helped me make it." Ellie explained. Fred just grinned. "I love it." Fred said. Then he leaned down and pecked her lips. "I'm glad you liked it. Happy birthday." she smiled. "So, could you help me put it on?" Fred queried. "Do you not know how to put on a bracelet?" Ellie teased. "I do but I want you to do it for me." he smirked. "You're annoying." Ellie spoke. "Yeah and you love me for it." Fred told her. "Shut up." Ellie shot. Then looked at him and grabbed his wrist as she put the bracelet on him. Fred looked at her and smiled. "Do you know what else you could do? For my birthday." Fred explained. "What?" Ellie queried. "Hold my hand in front of everyone. Unless you haven't told Chase or Daphne." Fred advised. "Oh I actually told them last night." Ellie explained. "How did they take it?" Fred asked. [][][] "Are you kidding me! Does that mean I have to be nice to him?" Daphne queried. "Yes." Ellie shot. "But Fred still sort of scares me." Chase spoke. "You're so stupid!" Daphne shot. "At least I don't always ask Ellie for Charms. And you even try to steal my answers!" Chase protested. "Hey! Calm down, you two need to stop fighting!" Ellie shot. [][][] "THEY took it well." Ellie replied. Fred just quirked an eyebrow. "Daphne hates that she has to be nice to you and Chase is scared of you. Then they ended up fighting over charms work or something like that." Ellie explained. "Yeah that sounds like Daphne and Chase." Fred spoke with a laugh. Ellie just gave him a smile. "I need to get going but I'll meet you in front of the great hall at seven thirty okay." Ellie advised. Fed nodded then he gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Bye." He called out. "Bye." She shot, then started to walk over to where someone wanted to meet her. Adam. She didn't know why. She walked over to the corridors and he smiled as he saw her. "Hi Adam." Ellie greeted him with a smile. "Bonjour Elenor. Thank you for meeting me here." Adam exclaimed. "It's not a problem. What's up?" Ellie asked. Adam looked at her and pointed up. "The sky?" Adam spoke confused. Ellie laughed at him for a moment. "Sorry I mean, what's wrong?" Ellie asked. Adam sighed sadly. "I- I think I may need to break up with Rosie." Adam admitted. "What why?" Ellie asked. The two had been looking so happy. "She hasn't told me but it's pretty obvious she likes someone else." Adam advised. "Who do you think she likes?" Ellie queried. "Your friend Chase Green." said Adam. Chase. Ellie felt bad for both the boys. Chase had struggled losing feelings for Rosie for a while. And if he heard she liked him he would question everything. However, she felt bad for Adam. He was a great guy and he didn't deserve this. Yet she felt bad for Rosie because she can't control her feelings. "Adam, I'm so sorry." Ellie apologized. "It's fine Elenor. I just want her to be happy. I want everyone to be happy. So I have to do this. In fact I'm going to the great hall right now to tell her." Adam explained. "Okay, well I should probably get going, I have to meet someone." She spoke. "The Weasley twin? You two look cute." Adam admitted. Ellie blushed and then smiled. "Bye Adam." Ellie said softly. "Au revoir mademoiselle!" Adam said with a smile. And he left. She stayed there for a few minutes but then she looked at the time. Ellie started to rush towards the great hall doors and smiled when she saw Fred there. He looked back and waved as he was talking to Lee. As she walked up Lee's eyes lit up. "What should I get Brandon next year for his birthday?" Lee asked. "Lee, Brandon's birthday is in March." Ellie spoke. "I know! But still." Lee shot. "Just get him something from the heart." Ellie said. "I thought his birthday was in January?" Fred asked. "No, that's Rosie's birthday." Ellie said. "They aren't twins!" Fred said, shocked. "No." Ellie replied. Lee just looked at them and quickly ran off. "I thought they were twins." Fred muttered. "That's okay you were a bit confused." Ellie said. Fred just smiled and interlocked their hands. "Want to walk in now?" He asked. "Sure." Ellie replied, and smiled at him. "Wait, there's something wrong," said Fred. "What happened?" "I'll tell you later okay." Ellie advised. Fred nodded and then gave her a small smile. "Ready?" he asked. "Ready." she replied. The two walked in and they saw something they probably shouldn't have walked in on. Fred let go of her hand and the two just stared at what was happening. "Hey you can't do that to my sister! What has she ever done to you." Brandon shot. "Nothing! Well not really." Adam replied. Ellie saw a shocked Rosie with some tears rolling down her face. "What do you mean, not really French guy!" Brandon spoke. Ellie walked up to them and Fred followed her. Fred looked around and walked next to Chase. "What's the bloody matter?" Fred asked. "Adam just walked in and broke up with Rosie. I don't think Brandon's taking it well. Also I guess I'm supposed to warn you, but I'll do it when people aren't fighting." Chase advised and Fred chuckled a bit. Ellie quickly poked Brandon and he quickly looked down at Ellie. "Hey, um kind of in the middle of something." Brandon spoke. "I know. Stop yelling at Adam and I'll tell you everything." Ellie explained. Brandon looked back at Adam. "Okay you're off the hook for now French guy. But I'll be watching you." Brandon spoke. "That doesn't even make sense! What do you mean you'll be watching me? You don't have eyes everywhere." Adam rambled. Adam just gave him a look and Brandon turned to Ellie. "Please explain." Brandon spoke. Ellie looked around to make sure Rosie wasn't looking at them. "He did it because he realized Rosie has a crush on someone else." Ellie explained. "Who?" Chase asked, as he walked up with Fred. "That's not important." Ellie spoke. "I swear, is it Jake Baker?" Brandon asked. "No. It's someone we know." Ellie said. "Cedric?" Chase queried. "Sweetie, almost every girl has a crush on Cedric." Brandon advised. "Though that is true it's not. And it's not my place to say." Ellie exclaimed. Fred looked over at her and raised his eyebrow. "Later." She mouthed. He nodded and Brandon turned to him. "What's Fred doing here?" He asked. "Oh! He was helping me with my potions. It didn't end well." Chase spoke. "Why didn't you ask me?" Brandon asked. "You were fighting with Adam." Chase said. "Oh, that makes sense." Brandon muttered. "Idiot." Ellie spoke. "Hey!" Brandon shot. [][][] FRED looked over at George who had fallen asleep on his divination book, he chuckled and then dipped George's finger in ink. "Mr. Weasley! Wake up this instant!" Flitwick shot. George sat up and looked around. "Sorry Professor." George muttered, then put his hand on his face. Fred chuckled and George faced him. "What?" George queried. Angelina laughed and turned to George. "You have ink all over your face." She grinned. George blushed and quickly looked at Fred. "Fred!" George shot. "Yes." Fred spoke, trying to hold in a laugh. "You did this to my face!" George shot. "Well technically I placed ink on your finger. So you did this to yourself." Fred smirked. George glared at him and then jumped on Fred. "I hate you!" George yelled. "Get off of me!" Fred shot. "No!" "Ow my ear!" "You deserve it!" "Georgie! You're a bloody lunatic!" "Fred, you're a lunatic!" "Weasley's detention!" Flitwick shot. "But it's our birthday!" The twins complained in unison. "Fine, detention tomorrow." Flitwick spoke. The twins grinned and went back to sit in their seats. "I think you bruised my ear." Fred muttered . "You deserved it." George grinned. "Arse." Fred spoke. [][][] "DAPHNE I think everyone knows that Astoria has a crush on Malfoy." Ellie spoke. "Yeah but it's still gross." Daphne exclaimed. "That is true." Ellie replied. Then Astoria started to walk up to Daphne. "Daphne, is it true?" Astoria asked. "Is what true?" Daphne queried. "That you've been hanging out with a mudblood." Astoria spoke, and she crossed her arms. Ellie glared at Astoria. Daphne just gave her a look. "Astoria Chase is Ellie's friend. And Ellie is my best friend. I'm practically forced to hang out with him sometimes." Daphne told her. "It's disgusting! Do you know what mum would say?" Astoria shot. "Astoria, you act like I'm dating him." Daphne spoke. "Well would you?" Astoria asked. "No." Daphne shot with no hesitation. "Still it's disgusting. It's bad enough you hang out with this half-blood." Astoria exclaimed. "Hey." Ellie shot, then Astoria gave her a look. "Daphne, I'm just telling you to be careful, mudbloods are cowards and don't know anything." said Astoria. "Okay Chase may be oblivious and a coward but he isn't that dumb." Ellie shot. "Oh like you're smart." Astoria spoke. "I'm the third top student in my year." Ellie said. Astoria scoffed and turned back to Daphne. "All I'm saying is that if you don't stop hanging out with mudbloods everyone will know that you're a blood traitor. Do you want to be like the Weasley's?" Astoria warned. "Hey leave the Weasley's out this! They're great people." Ellie shot. "Really? And you hangout with people who defend other blood traitors. Who have you turned into?"said Astoria. Then Daphne slapped Astoria. "At least I have friends. Now leave." Daphne shot. Astoria scoffed and walked away. "Wow you sort of defended Chase." Ellie spoke. "Whatever just don't mention it to Chase he'll never shut up about it." Daphne replied. Ellie just smiled. "I think I should tell you something." Ellie admitted. "What is it?" Daphne asked. "Adam broke up with Rosie because he thinks that Rosie likes Chase." Ellie explained. "Wow, that's interesting. Didn't Chase have the biggest crush on her?" Daphne questioned. "Yeah he did. I just don't want to tell him because he'd freak out." Ellie explained. "Well that's a good thing sort of." Daphne spoke, not sounding like herself but Ellie ignored it. "I suppose." Ellie replied. Then Cho Chang walked up to them. "Ellie good news we found out who the thief is." Cho exclaimed. "Who was it?" Ellie asked. "You won't believe it but it was Lisa Turpin." Cho informed her. "Lisa! Why would she do that?" Ellie queried. "No idea, but Marcus and McGonagall are questioning her as we speak." Cho replied. "Wow, who knew it was the quiet ones." Daphne spoke. "Daphne!" Ellie shot. [][][] "WOW, who knew it was the quiet ones." Fred spoke. "Seriously." Ellie shot. "I'm kidding, so I'm assuming you got your stuff back." Fred spoke with a smirk, pointing towards Ellie's necklace. Ellie rolled her eyes at him. "No, they sent it away with the owls." Ellie spoke. Fred just gave her a smile. "So the third task is probably going to come sooner than we expect. Do you know Diggory is going to be okay?" Fred asked. "I don't know." Ellie admitted. "I hope so." "We just have to wait and find out," said Fred. [][][] ELLIE walked into the Ravenclaw common room looking for Rosie. She needed to talk to her about Chase. As she walked in the common room she saw Luna, Anthony, and Brandon sitting on the couch. "Where is she!" Ellie shot. "Oh she's mad." Anthony said. "Yep." Brandon replied as he popped a grape in his mouth. "Am not!" Ellie spoke. "Then why do you need to know where Lisa is?" Anthony queried. "Not Lisa you imbecile Rosie!" Ellie exclaimed. "Oh Rosie she's in her dorm why?" Brandon spoke. "You can't tell anyone, especially Chase." Ellie spoke. "Why not Chase?" Brandon asked. "I don't know the guy but my guess would be that he can't keep a secret." Anthony spoke. "Well that is true but it's for his own benefit that he doesn't know." Ellie explained. "What do you mean?" Brandon asked. "Rosie likes Chase," said Ellie. "What!" Brandon shot. "Ellie no one should tell Chase he would get very stressed." Luna advised. "I know and I have to talk to Rosie about it." Ellie spoke. "Okay I'm confused." Anthony admitted. "In his first year Chase had the biggest crush on Rosie. However Rosie had a crush on Jake Baker and they started going out. In my opinion they were a decent couple. But they had so much drama, it started getting old. So Chase took a while to get over her. You caught up now?" Brandon said. "Very." Anthony replied. "Brandon, was that whole explanation really necessary?" Ellie queried. "Yeah I'd rather get my stuff stolen by nargles again." Luna advised. "What are you guys talking about?" Rosie asked. "Rosie! I thought you were in your dorm." Brandon said. "I was but then I came down here so what's up." Rosie spoke, and sat down. Brandon looked over at Ellie and Ellie shook her head. Brandon just quickly grabbed a pillow and tried to hide under it. "We know you like Chase!" Brandon shot. Rosie stopped for a second and then jumped on Brandon and tossed the pillow and grabbed him by the collar. "Who told you?" Rosie yelled. "Ellie! Well not Ellie. Adam told Ellie because he realized and then he said that's why he broke up with you. And I think it's best if Chase doesn't find out because you know Chase he's a big ball of fluff and a bit of wind will toss him over the edge!" Brandon rambled. "That last sentence didn't make sense." Anthony spoke. "Shut up Anthony." Rosie spoke. Then let go of Brandon and Brandon rushed and hid behind Anthony. "Fine, I like Chase." Rosie admitted. "Are you going to tell him?" Ellie asked. "No, of course not." Rosie spoke. "She may not but I will." Jane said with a smirk.
