Taymor held his arm under his belly, slowly wobbling his way up the stairs of the house. He had just recently gotten a call from his bestfriend— being notified that he had a maternity shoot booked. The boy was slightly aggravated that Nick hadn't let him know sooner, not being prepared at all for it in any way. He had to quickly come up with a theme and an outfit to wear, seeing as his shoot was only an day away. " Joseph!" Taymor yelled, growing tired as took a seat on the last step of the stairway, He could hear rustling, before his boyfriend quickly made his way down the hall, a look of worry planted across his features.
" What's wrong bae? You straight?" Joe asked hurriedly, his eyes scanning over the boys body for any injuries. A look of relief washed over him once he saw that his little lover was perfectly fine. Tay let out a small laugh, his hand circling his belly gently. The mocha colored boy reached out his free hand, to which Joseph grabbed with no hesitation, helping the boy up and leading him into their bedroom. " Na, what happened?" the man questioned, lifting the boy up onto the bed.
" Nothing, Nick just keeps doing extra stuff without letting me know," the boy started, mentally face palming. His shoot was in two days, which was the only amount of time for him to get prepared— hair, makeup, outfits and etc. Joseph shot him a questioning look. " He booked me a maternity shoot." he continued, a look of amusement coming across Joe's face. Taymor must've forgot who his boyfriend was, distracted by the past few months he'd shared with the man so far. Joseph picked up his phone, making a call.
" Yea, I need a makeup artist and clothing designer," the man started, leaning back into his seat. " In two days, also make sho' they both women." he finished, hanging up the phone. Tay stared at the man wide eyed, his mouth falling agape— but no words formed. Joe laughed, leaning down and picking him up. The small boy couldn't help but blush, a soft smile stretched across across his features. Joseph took in the boys appearance— he was practically glowing, his skin clear and his dimples showing through his pretty smile. The man was falling even more in love with the mocha colored boy who sat in his lap, carrying his child. " I love you." Joe stayed, finality in his tone as he placed small kisses to the boys neck.
Taymor let out a fit of giggles— his hands grabbing the man's cheeks and his thumbs caressing his jawline. " I love you too." the boy whispered, jumping slightly when he felt a kick from the unborn person in his stomach. Tay grabbed his boyfriends hand, laying it gently onto the spot just to see if the little person would do it again— which, he instantly did. Joseph couldn't help but smile, feeling his enthusiastic unborn move around happily. " Peanut, you're killing me." the mocha colored boy groaned, continuing to feel the uncomfortable kicks against his abdomen.
Joe caressed the boys belly gently, reassuring him that everything would soon be over— and they would have a little boy present in their lives. Taymor let out a few breaths, sighing in relief when the kicking subsided. " So, peanut?" the man questioned, amused at the small nickname Tay had given their baby. The small boy shrugged, it was cute to him. He sighed, it was time to start preparing for this maternity shoot.

Two days had passed, and now it was the day of Taymor's maternity shoot. The boy was tired already, now leaving his makeup appointment & being instantly on the way to the studio. Joe had ordered the boy a driver, so he wouldn't have to drive hisself halfway across town. Tay had no idea what his best friend had planned for him, but he was excited. His maternity shoot, then his baby shower— but they definitely couldn't wait to welcome baby Kovy into the world.
Soon, Taymor had arrived to the studio, seeing that everyone had already made it there before them. " Okay bestie," Nicholas chirped, sharing a small hug with his best friend before he led the boy deeper into the large building. " Let's get these pin curls out and you into your outfit." the slightly older boy stated, helping Taymor into the chair in the fitting room. Taymor was confused on how much time Nick was spending on everything, usually these types of things were timed. But, seeing as his best friend usually goes all the way out for him— he figured that he had a unlimited time period.
Once Nick had finished fluffing out Tay's curls, he helped the boy undress— then helping him into this revealing two piece lingerie set. " Joe! Bring in the robe!" Nick called, adjusting the outfit onto Taymor's body. Joseph walked in with a large, fluffy olive green robe, helping him step into it. Tay felt like a princess, the way the train laid around him in ruffles. " Oh you look beautiful!" the caramel colored boy squealed. Tay laughed a bit, turning towards his boyfriend— who was already staring at him in complete awe.
" Ya look beautiful mama," Joe mumbled, leaning down to place a small kiss to his lips— before he was stopped by a glaring Nick. The couple laughed, waving off Nick's shenanigans. " 'Ight, Nick damn." Joseph laughed, watching as the boy pulled Taymor out of the room and lead him into the shoot room. Tay looked around curiously, seeing the photographer work some tweaks on the backdrop before he happily welcomed the mocha colored boy onto the set.
" Beautiful!" the photographer complimented, fixing Tay's robe to fall around him perfectly. The man stepped back, picking his camera up and glancing through it, before he fixed the lighting a bit then finally, the shoot started. Taymor was practically a natural at poses, earning small coo's and awe's from Nick and the photographer. Joseph was speechless at how beautiful his boyfriend looked— who he planned to make his wife.
