When Tangents meet

The next few weeks went on like a routine. Bangtan was busy in their Dynamite performances on different award shows and talk shows and you were busy in the university work. You made a friend over there Hyunji. Nobody knew there that you were an army and that you were rich as you wanted to fit in and and you wanted to make friends not because you were rich because you were you.

You were performing well in your classes and Hyunji just knew that you are a scholarship student. You weren't pale looking like Koreans so there was slight bit of Racism over there but you were a top performer so it was manageable . Hyunji and you were discussing about a project when Hyunji had some doubt.

Hyunji : "Avantika . You came here on scholarship right ? So why don't you live in dorm with us ? "

Avantika : 'I can't tell her I live in Hannam Hill.' "Oh I live with my uncle and his family. "

Hyunji : "Ohh. So you live far away . I haven't seen your place yet. "

Avantika : "Umm. My aunt is strict so she doesn't like my friends to come over and I don't wanna impose. I hope you understand. "

Hyunji : "Ohh. I think you should look for your own place. Do some part time job. I do so ."

Avu was running out of lies . She didn't need a part time job especially and neither she was living with her uncle. She was a loner kind of person and prefer her space."

Hyunji : "You know I am an ARMY right . "

Avu rolled her eyes . Hyunji has literally been an ARMY since BTS debut. You loved listening to her but her constant reminder irritates you sometimes. You saw boys everyday and keeping your emotions and double life at bay sometimes get too much for you.

Avu : "Of course. We have been hanging out since the start of semester. You have literally gave me a degree on BTS. "

Hyunji : "Oh yes... Well my dad works in BigHit and they have opening of a Barista. I can get you a part time job there . "

Avu : "Barista? I don't know anything about making coffees and there will be too many strange people Hyunji you know that I am not comfortable with crowds. "

Hyunji : " Oh come on ..You need to learn to meet new people. Since you aren't into dating and just live with your cousin. It's better to get your own place at this rate. "

Avu : "You know my aunt don't want me to move into dorms. "

Hyunji : "But you are an adult Avu. Save some bucks and get an apartment. "

You didn't have a choice. Hyunji talked to his dad already and she was your only friend here. You didn't want to be alone. Your uncle family was loving but since your mom married an Indian man everyone wasn't as accepting as your Uncle.

Avu : "Alright . When do I have to be there ?"

Hyunji : "You have to report at 5 PM.  You will be trained into making coffees and pastries . "

Avu : "You said Barista . Is that a bakery or Cafe ? "

Hyunji : "It's BTS favourite coffee shop and my dad runs that. Their manager get their deserts from there only so don't question me. I will make you an ARMY. "

Avu : "Good Luck With That. "

Meanwhile at BTS Dorm

Bangtan was returning after completing their Dynamite performance for James Corden show. It's been a while since they got a break. They have broken records with their song Dynamite. Along with that they debuted on no. 1 on Billboard top 100 global chart. They were in their happy phase. They worked so hard for this day. Their next album BE was almost ready . Only MV shooting and photoshoot was left.  They had to release it in the month of November.  Next on their agenda was their world tour for Map of the Soul 7 and BE which was scheduled from April 2021 and BE promotions will start in October end. They had few days off.
