Org: I think it would be unfair to pin everything on Fairy Tail. This is just a hypothesis... But what if the perpetrators were Tartaros themselves... ?
Councilor: Why would they do such a thing ?
Org: Who knows. However, there are grounds to believe it could be to strengthen their forces while simultaneously cutting off superfluous weeds.

Gran Doma: Now is the time for us to deal with Tartaros after turning a blind eye to them for so long. The true form of our enemy remains unknown.
