Chapter 17

Third person's POV

Time flies by fast, they graduated from high school before they know it.

Being a close group of friends who share similar interests and passions. They all applied and got accepted into Daehan university, a famous university for dance, art and music. Mina, Sana and Momo are doing dance major. Nayeon, Jungyeon and Tzuyu are doing music major while Chaeyoung and Dahyun are together major in fine arts. They still share some minor classes together, and eat lunch together whenever they can.

Mina and Chaeyoung always find time to be each other's company, they're literally inseparable, to the point that people in the university even nickname them "the campus hot couple", the only problem is that the two of them haven't made it official yet.

Mina has moved out of her house and now live in a luxury apartment close to the university. She wants to be independent and wants to learn to look after herself. Her parents of course didn't approve the idea at first, the thought of their precious daughter living away from home worried them badly. But after lots of convincing, lots of sulking, lots of pouting, lots of puppy eyes and a promise of visiting home every weekend, Mina finally got a yes from her parents.

Chaeyoung now has a part time job at an art school, working as an art teacher for beginners. She likes it because drawing is her passion, and the job also pays well. Being an independent soul, she's happy that her parents don't really have to financially support her anymore.

Being an adult, means that Mina has to go to many of her dad company's parties for business partners and their families. Mina doesn't like it, she finds it so boring, but being a good daughter she is, she would always come to make her dad happy.

Tonight is another boring party, Mina in another beautiful dress, is just sitting at her table watching people going about with their own business. From afar, she sees her parents wave at her, gesturing her to come. She stands up and walks over, approaching closer, she sees her parents talking to another couple about same age as them, with a young man standing right beside,

'You are here, my daughter. Mina, say hello to Mr and Mrs Wang, one of our long term business partners' Mr Myoui eagerly says,

'Hello, Mr and Mrs Wang, I'm Myoui Mina. It's nice to meet you!' Mina politely bows her head,

'What a beautiful and nice manner young lady you are!' Mrs Wang exclaims,

'It's a blessing to have such a perfect daughter! I'm jealous of you, Mr and Mrs Myoui.' Mr Wang speaks after his wife,

Mr and Mrs Myoui smile widely, couldn't be more proud of their daughter.

'Mina dear, this is my son by the way.' Mrs Wang introduces the young man next to her,

'Hello, Mina-ssi, I'm Jackson Wang, it's an honour to finally get to talk to you.' Jackson offers a handshake,

'You know me?' Mina confusingly asks while shaking his hand,

'Who doesn't know the famous elegant ballerina of Daehan university. I'm attending the same university as you.' He answers,

'Oh, sorry for my ignorance! I didn't know we attend the same university.' Mina bows a little,

'Don't be sorry! It's my lacking that I'm not stand out in the crowd for you to see.' Jackson says, flashing his charming smile at Mina,

'Jackson, why don't you keep Mina company while your mom and I have some business talk with Mr and Mrs Myoui?' Mr Wang suggests,
