Chapter 40

Third person's POV

Next morning, Chaeyoung got up before Mina does. She washed up and is now in the kitchen, cooking some breakfast for her Baby.

A few moments later, Mina steps out after her morning routine, all clean and fresh, her face is glowing with happiness, her footsteps light and jolly. She walks straight to Chaeyoung, back hugging her, she places a loving kiss on Chaeyoung's cheek, then rests her head on Chaeyoung's shoulder,

Chaeyoung smiles, 'Somebody is in good mood this morning.' She says while still busy chopping up some bacon,

Mina nods her head, 'Because...' she pauses and kisses Chaeyoung's neck before continuing, '...because last night was amazing.'

Chaeyoung's face displays a satisfied smirk, she stops chopping, wipes her hands with a paper towel, then turns around and pulls Mina in by her waist. Mina is now has her arms wrapped around Chaeyoung's neck, her eyes are not leaving Chaeyoung's eyes,

'So my Princess like what we did last night?' Chaeyoung asks in an alluring voice,

Mina is totally lost in Chaeyoung's eyes, 'Yes, I loved it...' She is now drawing circles on the back of Chaeyoung's neck with her finger, '...so much that...I want more.'

Chaeyoung smiles triumphantly, 'Oh, so my Princess wants more?' She leans in and pecks Mina's nose tip, then whispers into Mina's ear in a teasing manner, 'Well, you aren't getting any of that today. That's the real punishment for making me waited for so long on our anniversary.'

Chaeyoung then just casually turns around and continues with her cooking, leaving Mina standing there, completely speechless. She has her mouth agape, still processing of what just happened, Chaeyoung has taken her by surprise yet again. Mina is unable to speak a word, she is too busy wondering how Chaeyoung manages to be so fascinatingly unpredictable.

This roller coaster that Chaeyoung made her ride is full of twists and turns, plenty of excitement but also not lacking of stomach flipping moments of surprises. One minute Mina is raised up high to the sky, feeling like she is on top of the world, the next minute, she would be dropped down with an overwhelming speed, making her holding onto the rail tightly and screams for her life. But because it's thrilling, it's full of ecstasies, it's addictive, that's why Mina never wants it to stop.

'Why don't you sit down at the dining table? I will bring breakfast over in a minute.' Chaeyoung's voice wakes Mina up from her thoughts. She stomps her feet all the way to the dining table and sits down as told.

Chaeyoung chuckles at her girlfriend's childish act. She then brings breakfast over to the table for both of them,

Mina is not eating anything, she just plays with her food while pouting her lips,

'Baby, why don't you eat your food? What's wrong?' Chaeyoung asks eventhough she knows why Mina is acting like this,

'Nothing's wrong.' Mina sulkily answers, still pouting her lips,

'If there is nothing wrong, then eat your food. Today is Saturday, we gotta go to your parents's house after this.' Chaeyoung gently tells her,

Mina pouts her lips even more, 'But...but Chaeyoungie, there is something wrong.' She admits,

Chaeyoung walks over to Mina, bends her back a little to match Mina's eyes level, 'What is wrong, humh, my Princess?' She asks Mina adoringly,

Mina looks down to her lap, avoiding Chaeyoung's eyes, 'When...when will my punishment be over?'

Chaeyoung smiles, her heart dances at how adorable Mina is right now, 'Well, when do you want it to be over?' She answers with a question while adoringly taps Mina's nose tip,
