It had been 10 years since the most dramatic Choosing Ceremony off all times. The old friends had planned a royal banquet at the Pallas, just like first time.

The first to arrive were Percy and Annabeth, since Annabeth had insisted to host, just as her mother did years prior. Percy laughed at his oldest daughter Thena, who was making her sister laugh with silly faces. Annabeth, who was carrying a sleeping Malcom looked back at her family and smiled as her heart swelled with pride.
