Hi, my name is Malibu! And yes, I have those kind of parents. My name's Malibu while the dog's name is Tiffany. My name is Malibu Chanel to be exact, and in exactly one day, this California native will be sailing off to a luxurious island to be on a reality tv contest where I will be competing to win one hundred thousand dollars!
You're probably wondering how this came to be. It's a story that even I still can't believe.

"Mal, wake up."
"Malibu!"
I jolt awake hearing my name. I look at my clock.
'10:38,' Time to get up.
"Coming, mom!" I yell out to her.
I huff and sit there for a moment before forcing myself out of bed to head down stairs.
I'm allowed to sleep in on Saturdays. No school, and babysitting doesn't start til 7. My mom is a nurse at a hospital not far from our home here in Canada, so I started this babysitting job so I won't be so bored while she's gone. Of course I could always join my grandmother, but who wants to play bingo every single day.
