Next morning Avni wakes up and feels nauseous again, she gets up from the bed and goes to the washroom and starts vomiting.

Neil makes a puppy face and comes to bed, he puts his head on her lap and speaks

Neil - fir madam kiske baare me soch kar akele akele smile rahi hain

Avni - hain koi, tumse bhi pyara ( she said dreamily)

Neil looks at her And he thinks that she is just teasing him but in actual she has been thinking about him only because he is the most beloved person in her life whom she loves the most.
So he just smiles and held her hand and placed on his hair, Avni smiles & then Avni caresses his hair.

Soon both fall asleep,
Suddenly Avni wakes up in the night and sees the time which was showing 12

She looks at him and sees that he is sleeping
She makes puppy face and then hides her face in his chest and falls asleep.

Hearing her sweet snoring, Neil opens his eyes who are still awake, he looks at her face and kisses her forehead.

Neil - happy birthday mera bachcha,
Sorry for not wishing you now but tomorrow I want to see a bright smile on your face
I know you must have a little doubt that I can't forget your birthday but you are special and your birthday is even more special for me, That's why I want to make this special day more special.
