Cheyenne POV
I just left Starbucks and was heading back to the shop to check on it. I smiled at the kids playing at the park as I kept walking down the sidewalk. I made a mental note to take Shai and Josiah there one day. Maybe with Chris too if he isn't still crabby.
Speaking of Chris, he's still in his moods because I haven't move back in with him yet. Childish, I swear.
I walked inside and saw Chresanto sitting on the counter. Once his eyes landed on mine a smirk came to his face.
"Wassup mama ?", he asked.
He hopped off the counter and walked towards me.
"Hey and the counter isn't a chair."
He gave me a hug and I instantly smelt his cologne. He smelled good.
I let him go, "Where are Bitt and Veronica ?"
"They told me lunch."
I'm going to kill them.
"And you let them go ?"
"Why not ? But anyways, did you think about it ?"
I bit the inside of my cheek thinking, "Chresanto I don't think me going is a good idea."
He scrunched up his face, "Why ?"
"Because I just have a bad feeling."
He spun me around making me face him, "Don't leaving a nigga hanging mama."
"Don't call me that."
He laughed, "Come on, a stress free night ?"
He licked his lips and smiled. I played with my nails decided on my answer, "Fine Chresanto."
"But no touchy on my body.", I pointed my finger in his face.
"I promise.", he said.
"I have to go."
"I'll pick you up at 9.", I heard him say.
I walked out and towards my car go pick up the kiddos.

I was in the mirror looking over my outfit, "How do I look ?", I asked Shai who was sitting on the bed staring at me. Josiah was asleep next to her.
"Pretty. Where are you going anyways ?", she asked.
"Out."
"Soooo, if you're going out who's watching us ?"
"Auntie Mimi."
She smiled brightly, "Are you serious ?"
I nodded, "So that means being on your best behavior."
I sat down on the bed next to her, "I miss Daddy.", she pouted.
I sighed, "I miss him too."
There was a knock at the door and I got up to go get it. I opened the door and saw it was Milyn.
"Why don't you look cute.", she said.
I smiled a little.
"And you're sure you still want to go out ?"
I rolled my eyes, "I'm sure Milyn."
I hate when the treat me like a baby. I know i'm the youngest in our little 'group' but still.
She shrugged, "Okay."
We walked to my room, "Hi Auntie Mimi !", Shai said.
"Shh, you don't want to wake your brother.", I said.
