Epilogue

I watched as Mell grabbed London's hand, leading her to the water.

"Don't go too far !", I yelled after him.

"We won't !", He yelled back.

I laid out the towels on the sand and sat down as Tyler brought the rest of the things.

He sat the things down and sat next to me, pushing me off the towel.

"Tyler !"

"What ?"

"This towel is only big enough for one.", I said.

"Then sit on my lap."

I folded my arms across my chest as I stared at him, "I wanted to sit by myself."

He chuckled and shook his head, "That little stare down you're doing isn't scaring me."

He grabbed my arm and pulled me onto his lap, "It just turns me on."

Feeling his breath on my neck sent a shiver down my body.

I shrugged him off, "What ever."

I stared off at Mell and London playing in the water, feeling a smile tug on my lips.

Who would have thought that I would be sitting here in the love of my life lap, watching my two precious kids and daydreaming for what would be next.

"What you thinking about ?"

"Life."

"You're okay ?"

"Yeah, I was just wondering on what's going to happen next. What's planned for us in the future ?"

I looked up at him as he glanced down at me before looking back up.

"Quit thinking about the future. We're in the present now, so just live. What ever comes our way comes our way.", He said, "All you need to know is that I love you, Mell loves you and so does Lolo. You even got friends and family that's there for you."

"So don't worry you big precious head about anything.", He laughed.

I mugged him, "My head isn't even all that big."

"That's what you saaayy.", He sang.

I playfully hit his chest and laughed, "Nigga shut up."

"But forreal, I got you baby mama."

"I am not-"

I couldn't even argue with him on that. I am his baby mama.

"Why did you never pop the question to me ?"

"I never thought you were ready for that marriage step."

I looked to make sure Mell and London were okay before giving Tyler my attention.

"What do you mean not ready ?"

"You said it yourself that we break up all the time."

"Now you want to listen to what I say and that was like two years ago."

"How do you know if I wasn't going to propose to you today ?"

I gasped, "Are you serious ?!"

"Nah.", He laughed.

"Tyler that is not funny !"

He grabbed my chin and pecked my lips, "Sorry baby."

"Sorry my ass."

"Aw, you mad ?"

I ignored him and took my phone out the bag.

Mell and London came walking back and London wiggled her way between Tyler and I. It's like she basically moved me out of Tyler's lap.
