Finding Hope

"Carter!" Anne yelled from downstairs. "Hurry! Harry will be here soon!"

"I'm coming!" I yelled. I slipped in my TOMS Louis sent me from Italy. He got them signed by THE Paul McCartney. I know. Crazy.

The boys have been starting things up for their new tour coming up. They have been gone for two months and finally coming back today. I Skype them a ton and they send me things. Like those TOMS. Posters. CDs. Harry and Niall both got a signed guitar by Bon Jovi. No matter how many times I tell them no, the don't listen. It's four months into the adoption. Being finalized in May like planned. Shianna went home last month. School and missing her family kind of got to her. And my mom?

She hasn't called.. That was the only time she called me. That's the only time we talked. Nothing else. I haven't told Harry either. Why bring them back into the drama? It was hard to see them suffer the first time. Not again.

"Carter!"

"I'm coming!" I yelled, putting my phone into my pocket. I walked down to see Olive and Jacob already sitting in the kitchen. We have become good friends since I got back.

"Paul McCartney?" Jacob asked lifting my foot high in the air. I ended up having to lean against the counter. "No fair."

"Put my foot down," I said jerking it away.

"Is that Harry's beanie?" Olive asked. Yes she is a HUGE Directioner. She tones it down for their sake.

"Yeah. He left it here," I smiled, tucking a few strands from my face. My hair grew back. Not all the way. It's around shoulder length. But it's growing!

"No wonder he hasn't worn it lately," she smiled. Of course.

"Oh dang!" I said running up the steps. "I forgot something!" I ran up the steps into my room, searching for the bracelet I made for Harry. He got another charm for me in Italy but is giving it to me when he gets here. In return, I made him a bracelet. He doesn't know about it but its a thing that will be starting. I know it is.

I climbed up my bed, looking on the shelf. "BOO!" I jumped, hitting my head on the shelf. I rubbed my head, falling to the bed.

"Really?" I asked rubbing my head.

"Sorry!" Louis yelled running over to me. He tackled me to the bed, wrapping me into a huge hug. "I see you like the TOMS."

"I have two pairs that have been signed by famous people. I love them BOTH!" I smiled.

"Then!" He pulled a pair of TOMS from behind his back. "Here. Signed by the Ellie Goulding!"

"You are the best!" I said hugging him.

"What about me?" I heard someone say. I looked to see Harry standing in the door way.

"TARZAN!" I yelled jumping into his arms.

"BOO!" He yelled back.

So yes we have out nicknames. Mines Boo from monsters inc. Thanks to Zayn. Harry's is Tarzan. Louis is Peter Pan or sometime Tinkerbell. Depends. Zayn is Thumper. Niall is Prince Charming but we call him Cinderella a lot. And Liam is Sully.

"I have something for you," Harry smiled. He pulled out a charm out if his pocket.

"I'll be your Tarzan," I read allowed. "Awe Haz. Thank you!" He clipped the charm onto my necklace, having three dangling around my neck. "I have something for you too!" I pulled the bracelet from my pocket, tying it around his wrist.

"My Superhero," he read allowed.

"I've been listing to a lot of Cher Lloyd lately," I laughed.

"It's awesome." He pulled me into another hug before he whispered, "your boyfriends down there."

"Shut up," I slapped. I ran past him, jumping into Nialls arms.

"Nice to see you too," he smiled, kissing my forehead. "I missed you."

"I missed you too," I replied, placing a small kiss in his lips.

"Where's my hug?" Zayn asked. I smiled hugging him, making sure I gave him a tight squeeze. Liam didn't ask, he just pulled me into a big hug.

"Why don't we go out for dinner?" Anne asked. I nodded hopping up the steps.

I was about to slip into another sweater when my phone beeped. My heart raced as I read the name. It's been a while since I've seen him.
