Chapter 38 || Meeting

Two days have passed and Mikey decided to hold a gathering again at the shrine, though it was only Baji, Chifuyu, Takemichi, you and Draken.

"Is this even called a gathering?" You muttered as you rubbed your nape tiredly. You were already sleeping when Draken called your phone which was a dick move.

"I wanted to talk about what happened back when we fought Valhalla." Mikey spoke out. You turned to him with furrowed brows.

"They declared another fight because the results weren't clear that day, no one lost, no one won." Mikey took a seat by the stairs and you leaned your shoulder by a pillar.

"Y/n..." His head raised to yours.

"I truly am sorry for lying to you and not telling you sooner, I was going to tell it to you at the right moment but back at the fight, when Kazutora attempted to stab Baji I couldn't help but think to kill him." He hung his head low back, not being able to look at you in the eyes because of shame.

"It's okay, Mikey." you told him quietly.

"I overheard your conversation with Draken once actually." you confessed making the guys look at you questionably.

"Draken kept telling you to tell me and I heard you admit that you didn't want to break my heart. It's true that the moment I found out I wanna hate you and burry you alive but it seems that I've move on too quick." you admitted, your were waiting for their reply as you were looking at the stars above when you noticed that they had gone completely quiet.

You furrowed your brows and turned to them only to see Mikey, Takemichi and Chifuyu tearing up cutely.

"Wha-"

"You're the best girlfriend!" Mikey jumped to you, wrapping his arms around your waist. You sighed tiredly at his actions.

"Geez." you grumbled as he went back to his seat.

"Anyways, I'm accepting the fight." everyone tensed at his words.

"Baji if you join Valhalla again I'm not going to hesitate kicking your face until your head blows away from your body." you glared at the man, Baji rolled his eyes and nodded instead.

"Mikey, I've got something to tell you also." Baji stepped up.

"Tetta Kisaki, he's here to use and betray you, Mikey." your sucked your breath and stood up properly.

"Mikey, you told me to kick him out as soon as the fight will be over." You added. Mikey looked at you and then at Baji. You prayed inside that he would keep his promise, if he does break his word then you are not going to hesitate leaving Toman.

"Valhalla's leader is Kisaki." Baji said.

"I-I'm with Baji-kun and Y/n-chan, Mikey-kun." Takemichi steeped.

"Tetta Kisaki is our enemy, you shouldn't let him Toman." you agreed with Takemichi.

"Pah is the third squad captain, not Kisaki." Baji spoke up once more. Draken suddenly stepped, blocking your eyes to see Mikey.

"Ken-chin, please move away." Mikey stood up, Draken sighs and moved away.

"I'm kicking out Kisaki, only because I know Y/n will leave Toman if I don't do so." You held yourself back from smiling in victory.

"But you all know we're going to fight Valhalla again and we need help to secure our victory." Mikey informed. You tightened your jaw and stepped closer to him.

"There's Tatsumi, he said that Hanma only asked for his help and he couldn't care less about Valhalla." Mikey's eyes darkened making you spike up at the sudden change of expression.

"No! Not that guy! Never! I won't allow it!" you immediately looked at him I disappointment, realising what is wrong with him.

"Stop being jealous, you already know I rejected him because of you!" you hit him in the back of the head.

"I fought with Tatsumi once and it took a lot of kicks to beat him up, he's useful and he will be more than sure to help us." you told the guys.

"I'll agree with Y/n." Baji nodded.

"The I'll agree too." Chifuyu spoke up after Baji.

"What about you Mitsuya? Big bro? Takemicchi?" You turned to the three boys, Takemichi agreed with you without hesitation and Mitsuya also agreed, It too Draken a while but he agreed in the end with a hesitant voice.

You guys talked about the other situations after that before finally ending the meeting, allowing you to go home with Takemichi.

"Say, what really happened before you decided to save Hinata and the others by going to the past?" you turned to the blonde male.

"Toman became a nasty gang, you were still Mikey-kun's girlfriend, actually you were the one in charge of the whole gang with Kisaki the acting president." you looked at the streetlights as you listened to the male.

"You were actually quiet the opposite on how you are now, everyone called you Toman's demon because of the horrible things you did, some people said that you were only doing it all for Mikey because you were blinded and some said that you were being forced to do it. I don't really know what was real or what to believe in." You unconsciously grabbed the scarf around your neck, pulling it closer to your face.

"Was I a badass?" You joked and laughed.

"Actually you were much worse than that." it almost felt like a bullet went though your heart. Were you really that cruel?

"What did I look like?" you questioned.

"You had your hair five inches away from your shoulders and had it dyed in white, you were really slim there, almost as if you didn't even eat, way different from your body right now, you had your hair styled just like Mikey-kun's hair but instead of leaving it to a pony tail, you made it into a bun." your brows raised at his description, that is totally far from what you are right now, would it even be possible for you to change like that?

"You got actually shot in the chest." it felt like your heart had stopped.

"It was the same day Hinata died." you stopped in your tracks.

"Who?" Takemichi stopped in his tracks also and turned to your figure.

"What?" he raised brows.

"Who shot me?" You asked once more. Takemichi hesitated to answer and to look at you in the eyes.

"M-Mikey... Kun.." your eyes widened at his answer. How could Mikey kill you? Takemichi said you were still his girlfriend.

"I don't know also on how it is possible, Mikey-kun really seem to cherish you." Takemichi said, you nibbled on your lower.

"Don't worry, Y/n-chan, I promise I won't let that happen ever again, after all, I'm also here to save you." Takemichi reassures.

You were thankful for Takemichi, you didn't think he would actually try to also save you from your fate, you thought he was only doing this for Hinata, Mikey and the others.

"Thank you, Takemichi." you couldn't help but bow in respect.
