Ben could you kill you to make some world-building?
Because what are the states? They're constantly seen either pointing at maps and seeing people in their states or watching things from above.
Are they gods? Is The Table Mount Olympus and they're all looking down at us humans?
In the same vein if they're gods are they the last of the ancient gods of old who've somehow come together to create these states?
Are they eldritch abominations and these are just their forms us humans are comfortable with?
Are they actually anomalies that the SCP Foundation has to keep tabs on?
That's honestly the only thing that bothers me about the world building
