— ROSANNA WAKES DOWN THE stairs with Sirius to say goodbye to everyone. As they were walking down Sirius spotted Kreacher, the house elf, giving Harry grief. "Kreacher!" He yelled making the elf jump slightly. "That's enough of your vile, away with ya!" He shouted as he motioned for the elf to move. "Of course master, Kreacher lives to serve the noble house of black" Kreacher recited before departing from the room.

"Sorry about that" Sirius apologies to Harry as he and Rosanna stood in the doorway. "He never was very pleasant, even when I was a boy" Sirius explained. "Not to me anyway" Sirius sighed as Rosanna wrapped her hands around his arm comfortingly. "What? You grew up here?" Harry asked. "This is my parent's house, I offered it to Dumbledore as headquarters for the order. About the only useful thing I've been able to do" Sirius shook his head.

"This is the black family tree" Sirius went on as he gestured over to the tapestry on the wall. "My deranged cousin" Sirius said, talking about Bellatrix. "I hated the lot of them"

"My parents with their pure blood mania" Sirius said in disgust as he walked over to where his face was. "My mother did that after I ran away" he said pointing to the tapestry where his face had been burned out. "Charming woman" Sirius sighed as his hand fell back down to his side. Rosanna had the pleasure of meeting Walburga Black once in her fourth year. She was a cold woman who wore a look of disgust in her face when she had run over to collect Sirius. Rosanna had been ever so polite to her but was met with curt nods or nothing at all.

"I was sixteen" Sirius said. "Where did you go?" Harry asked. "Your dads, I was always welcome at the Potter's" Sirius said with a small smile. "I see him so much in your Harry, you are so very much alike" Sirius told him as he wrapped and arm around Rosanna's waist.

"I'm not so sure" Harry said as he looked down at the ground. "What do you mean sweetheart?" Rosanna questioned. "When I saw Mr Weasley attacked I wasn't just watching" Harry began. "I was the snake" As harry said this, Rosanna could feel Sirius take a deep breath. "And afterwards, after you left Rosanna, there was a moment where I.." He didn't finish his sentence.

"This connection between me and Voldemort, what if the reason for it is that I'm becoming more like him" Harry began. "I just feel so angry all the time and what if after everything I've been through, somethings snapped inside me what if I'm becoming bad" Harry worried making Sirius step forward and take a hold of his shoulder gently.

"I want you to listen to me very carefully Harry. You're not a bad person. You're a very good person who bad things have happened too, you understand?" Sirius told him gently. "Besides the worlds not split into good people and death eaters, we all have both light and dark inside of us, it's what we choose to act on. That's who we truly are"

"Think of all the good things you've done this year Harry. A bad person wouldn't teach a group of students to reach their full potential and teach them how to fight the bad guys. Good people know about both good and bad; bad people know neither" Rosanna added.

"Harry" Came the voice of Hermione from the doorway. "It's time to go" she said making the group of three walk towards the door. "When all this is over. We'll be a proper family" Sirius told him. "You'll see" Rosanna said before giving him a tight hug and kissing his forehead before letting Sirius hug him.

And soon enough everyone has said their goodbyes and it was just Sirius and Rosanna. Arthur and Molly had left as well, deciding it was best they went back to the Burrow. Remus and Tonks promised to stop by often. Rosanna couldn't help but smirk when she saw them together. She knew Tonks liked Remus. I mean that much was obvious. And as much as Remus denied it. Rosanna could tell he liked her too.

...

The couple sat in the living room silently together, only the sound of the crackling fire could be heard. Rosanna sat reading her book as Sirius smoked a cigar and drank his whiskey. Rosanna had now understood what Sirius had to go through. I mean she had him but even still, in such a big, cold house without any laughter like there had been was quite depressing.

Rosanna sighed and closed her book, placing it on the coffee table. She scooted along the couch and cuddle into Sirius. Her head rested against his chest whilst her arms wrapped around his torso. "You alright love?" He asked as he rubbed her arm gently. "It's so quiet" Rosanna murmured. Sirius hummed in response. He had grown used to it over the past months.

"How did you manage to live like this, by yourself for so long with nothing but silence?" She asked. "I drank" Sirius admitted. "I drank a lot, the more I drank the less I thought about it"

"I shouldn't have left you" Rosanna whispered. "You didn't have much of a choice love" He replied. "Still, I could've fought to stay with you" Rosanna said as she sat up to look him in the eyes. "Don't worry about it, you're here now" Sirius said as he kissed her forehead. "Yeah" Rosanna sighed, shaking her head.

"Well what shall we have for dinner?" Sirius asked as he stood up, helping Rosanna up afterwards. "Oh! You've never had a Dominos before" Rosanna realised making Sirius furrow his eyebrows. "Isn't that a muggle game?" He questioned. "Yes it is but it's also the name of a pizza place. It's really good, I had it plenty of times once I came back alive" Rosanna said. The last part was a sentence she never thought she'd say.

"Rose, I can't leave the house" Sirius stated. "I know but there's one like a few blocks away, I can go get it and bring it back, it's a takeaway place" Rosanna explained. "It's getting dark outside though Rosanna, I don't want you getting hurt" Sirius said making her tilt her head and smile. "I'll be fine Siri, I'll take my wand with me, don't worry" Rosanna told him as she walked over and grabbed her puffer jacket. She took her pair of fluffy socks off of the couch and put them on before putting on her converse.

"Don't forget your hat" Sirius sighed as he placed her hat on her head. "I'll be okay, see you in a bit" She promised before pecking his lips and leaving the house.

She walked through the streets, watching a s it got darker and darker as the sun went down. As she was walking up the street towards the takeaway snow began to fall making her smile. She had always loved the snow. She loved when her and her friends would go out and build snowmen and have snowball fights at Hogwarts. Now there were only two of those special friends left. And she would hold onto them until the end of the line.

She stepped inside the takeaway and walked over to the counter where a rather bored looking young boy stood. She ordered a pepperoni pizza, knowing Sirius used to enjoy them. "Here's your pizza" He called to Rosanna who smiled and walked over to the boy. "Thanks honey" Rosanna said as she took the pizza and left the Domino's.

Boy did that pizza smell good.

She walked back down the path, passing a family. A mother and father swinging their little girl in between them. Rosanna smiled absentmindedly as she passed them. She had always wanted a child of her own. A little child for her to care for and love. Her and Sirius were going to try for a baby when they were younger but with the war and the order missions, they never had time.

Now they had all the time in the world.
