My night with Marcus was amazing. I had him stay over again with me. Right now we were currently laying in bed cuddling.

" Buon giorno," speaking out to me.

" That's good morning, right?"

I look up toward Marcus and see him smiling at me. " Yes, very good."

" Can we stay here all weekend?"

" That wouldn't be fair for Aro and Caius," Marcus tells me while he unwraps his arms from me.

I slightly grumble about this. Caius called me about three hours ago informing me to bring something warm. I wasn't quite sure what we were going to do or where.

" You have any idea where Caius is taking me?" I ask him, fixing my hair a bit.

"I'm not supposed to tell you," smirking towards me.

I narrowed my eyes a bit about this. "Marcus, I need to know so I can wear the right outfit for it."

Marcus stayed quiet and started looking at the books I had laid out on the shelf. I sighed and headed towards him and wrapping my arms around him. In response, he turned towards me and positioned me facing his chest with his arms wrapped around my waist.

" Whatever you wear I'm sure it will suffice," kissing my forehead.

" That's not the answer I need, just tell me please."

Marcus sighs " Caius said he's planning on taking you out to lunch."

" Really?"

" You don't believe me?" tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.

" No, why would he keep that a secret?"

" He just said not to tell you," shrugging his shoulders.

" Then why did you tell me?"  Poking his chest in a teasing matter.

" To get your attention on the time."

" Why would I need to focus on the time?"

Marcus gives me a deadpan look, " Tesoro, it's 10:30."

I quickly look at the time, confirming that indeed Marcus was right.

"Damn it."

I looked towards Marcus and ushered him out. I needed to get ready and I didn't need any distractions in my way.

"Now what to wear?"

I stared at my closet for a moment. Caius definitely seemed to have old standards in how things should be done. I wondered if I should risk it wearing something definitely into today's fashion. My only fear is that this outfit would share the same fate as my swimsuit.

I glanced at the clock and noticed I only had about twenty minutes left. Shit why not I'll do it. With that, I threw on my cropped corset and some bell-bottom jeans and made my way downstairs.

" How do I look?" I asked

" Perfect," Marcus tells me taking my hand.

" Really?"

" Do I have any reason to lie?" arching a brow.

" To keep getting on my good side." I counter back quickly.

" But I'm already on your good side," Marcus said placing a kiss on my hands.

I could feel my face run warm with the action.

"You are slowly entering my good side. Emphasizing the word "slowly."

" Yes, last night's interactions were quite slow," he sighs giving me a playful smirk.
