Ryujin was sitting on a lonely bench that faced a lake as she was currently blowing bubbles to the air.
She thought she needed fresh hair after school and spending time at the bench which was facing the lake was her best bet.

She probably looked like a crazy person randomly blowing bubbles in the air without giving any slightest care...

"At least pretend to like him the same way you're pretending to like your mother"

"You know what sucks the most?"
"It is falling for the wrong person"

Ryujin leaned forward with her elbows resting on her thighs and ran her hands through her hair in frustration
"Why did she even come back?"
She stared at the lake ahead of her...

Ryujin was leaning against her car pressing her phone and smoking. It might be the smoke getting into her brain when she heard her voice, one she hasn't heard for months.

Finding the owner of the voice, she threw the cigarette on the ground.

"Yeji?"
"Hello Ryujin. It's great seeing you too" The cat eyed girl stared at the other, smiling.

"Wow..."

"I tried reaching out to you but your friends refused...I got here days ago"

"What are you doing here? I thought you left for good"

A bird flew way to close to her and frightened her

"Snap out of it!" Ryujin scolded herself hitting her head in the process
"Maybe we are better off each other"
She convinced herself

Was it normal to think about her?

She reached for her pocket and took out a box of cigarettes, "I'm sorry for lying to you" She looked through the box

A hand snatched the box of cigarettes off her hand and threw it to the bin

Ryujin looked at the hand that was scratched out in front of her, "Let's go home Ryujin"
Already knowing who that was she took her and allowed herself to be dragged home.

"If it weren't for Yuna being worried about you i wouldn't be here" Minju sat next to Ryujin who was seated lazy  on the couch
"How are you?" Minju felt sorry for Ryujin

"Never felt this much freedom in my life"

"Does your definition of freedom mean smoking and damaging your lungs?"
"I thought you stopped?"

"Same here but i went crazy without a cig" Ryujin explained

"Don't let Yeji know about this" Minju advised her friend
"She'll be more angry and dissapointed"

"I don't know a Yeji" Ryujin whispered
"And where the hell have you been?
I've been trying to get in contact with you" Ryujin's voice was louder than before as she changed the topic

"I died and got resurrected" Minju joked

Ryujin cringed at the response,
"You're not even funny"

Yuna entered the house and went to the TV area where the girls were and her eyes landing on Minju, "I'll assume you got my messages"

"You are worrying too much about me i'm okay it's not like someone died" Ryujin was on her feet
"Yeji and i are in the past and that's just it"
She marched her way upstairs on her way to her room

Her room was messy as books and stationary were scattered everywhere

She layed on her back facing the ceiling and displayed a bitter sweet smile at how easy a relationship can turn things from sweet to sour at a short span of time

Breaking up with Yeji this time felt better than the last

She was an emotional wreck back then but I guess time and experience toughen one for the real world out there

Ryujin accepts that she would not get along with the male soccer captain

She accepts that getting into any relationship has consequences

The list goes on...

One of the few things she cannot accept is losing Yeji

And even if they were still together, what would have happened when Yeji finds out that she never stopped smoking

They will still go separate ways right?

They say that time helps you heal and become a better person but to Ryujin why did it feel like she was still the same childish person that she was few months

And also was the relationship between her and Yeji really genuine in the past and since they were now older they finally realized that they not good for each other

Ryujin bit the tip of her pen as she was concentrating at the library
If relationships were studied and there were classes for it
She would maybe excel in them the same way she excels in other subjects

"If relationships were so simple every single person will be in one right?" Ryujin asked the red seating opposite her

"Are you okay?" Mark who was also on the same table asked
He turned to Chaeryeong with a worried expression, "Is she normally like this?"

"I should be asking you that question"

"Stop talking about me as if i'm insane" Ryujin stated in her most boring tone
"She's not worth it" She forcefully closed a book

Ryujin was about to leave the library when she heard someone

"So this is where you have been hiding?"

"My day couldn't get any worse" She continued her walking after her brief pause

Ryujin noticed Momo was still following her out of the library, "What do you want from me?"
She grew in annoyance

"I heard the mighty Ryujin got dumped and i thought i should check up her"
"Are you enjoying the taste of your own medicine" Momo told Ryujin

"That must be good news for you"
Ryujin maintained her poker face refusing to the other get into her

Momo chuckled, "Anyways! I'll see you later in class" She waved her goodbye

Ryujin clicked her tongue before whispering, "To hell with you and your class"
