"Our weird family cult can't be a cult without the two weird uncles!"

════════════════════════════════

Dear Nif,

Things haven't been going so well at Hogwarts. More students are getting detentions (except most Slytherins– Shroud's been doing well, Cedric told us to keep an eye out for him). We'll be visiting soon to tell you about everything that's happened at school, we're being careful just in case someone decides to intercept our letter.

See you soon,
Gred and Forge

Waiting patiently in the living room, Damian watched Y/n re-read the letter in her hand for the nth time that day. Having already tried to get her to put down the letter, Damian gave up and relaxed back into the couch, watching Y/n's friend who came to visit try and attempt to get her to sit down.

"Y/n, reading the letter again won't do anything," Cedric tried, "Let's just sit down and patiently wait for them, yeah? I could even get us some butterbeer-"

The doorbell then rang, causing Y/n to quickly sprint to the door, Cedric following behind her. Damian decided to watch from the shadows, Cedric was nice to talk to, but he didn't feel like interacting with anyone else today (other than his own family). She opened the door to two tall, ginger-haired twins, the Weasley twins if Damian remembered correctly.

"Fred, George!" Y/n pulled them into a large hug, the two twins practically carrying her into the house during the hug.

"Well someone's definitely missed us."

"I can guarantee you that I didn't," Cedric said as he looked at the family hug. Fred and George looked up at him.

"Of course you did, golden boy!" Fred chimed,

"Our weird family cult can't be a cult without the two weird uncles!" George laughed.

"Tell us what's going on at Hogwarts!" Y/n said, gaining their attention back.

"Oh, you would not believe what's been happening."

"Banned!? From Quidditch!? Now that's just ridiculous!" Cedric exclaimed passionately, "A detention would have been just fine! You didn't use magic! Why take away the best beaters and seeker Griffindor's got?!" It was clear that his love for Quidditch made him extra passionate about the twins and Harry's ban.

Y/n on the other hand, was stuck holding onto Fred's arm, looking at the scar on his wrist. Gears seemed to be turning and ideas seemed to be forming in her head, so the three older boys let her be.

"DA was a smart move though, say how's Cho been doing?"

"Ah, she's been..." George wondered if he should tell Cedric about the looks Harry and Cho have been giving each other, before deciding not to, "She's been doing alright, though a little teary eyed most of the time. I reckon she's been missing you."

Cedric gave a slight smile at the news.

"Blood quills, right?" Y/n asked, and the twins nodded.

"Don't worry about it though, we can take it."

"I'm sure I could-"

"Y/n you've done a lot for us, we wouldn't want you getting caught by Umbridge, or even worse, having You-Know-Who figure out you're alive." Fred stated seriously, causing Y/n to sigh before hesitantly nodding.

"Alright... just be more careful okay? How's Shroud been doing? And Harry, Ron and Hermione?"

Cedric and the twins had long gone by now, but Y/n still had thoughts running through her mind.

Blood quills. A tricky thing she managed to get her hands on thanks to Zooky, who was a bit worried for Y/n when she told him what she was using them for.

"According to all my theories, this should work, so..."

Y/n drew a star on the paper (if her theory didn't work, she'd rather have something nice to look at on her wrist if it scarred). The stinging sensation on her wrist hurt, but she quickly took out the magic cream she made for her family and placed it on her wrist.

Within a few seconds, the pain subsided and the scar was nowhere to be found.

"Huh... so then that means I should be able to..."

The batboys were worried.

Y/n had been stuck in her room the past couple days and had her meals in her room as well. They hadn't seen her for a while except for Tim, who saw her once while he was downstairs to get some more coffee.

Zooky told them he was doing his best to make sure Y/n was getting as much rest as she could, and he promised them that later today Y/n would be leaving her room.

And later that day she did, looking all bright and happy. It was quite infectious. Their worries quickly disappeared with the wide smile she had on her face.

Jason came and ruffled her hair, "What's got you in a great mood?"

"Nothing! Well actually, I'm safely helping my school from a b1tch."

"Language!" Dick exclaimed, shocked by her sister's words.

"No! But seriously! Her name is Umb1tch!" Y/n exclaimed, looking up at Dick who quickly wrapped his arms around her, swinging her around while hugging her.

"NO! LANGUAGE Y/N! YOU'RE TOO YOUNG!"

"HAHA- KEEP GOING Y/N!"

"JASON DON'T ENCOURAGE HER!"
