Chapter 27: Sudden

I wake up and sit up from my bed.

I remembered what happened last night.

I felt my face become red.

Why did he do that?!

I bury my face in my pillow. I look to my left and see my tiger he had won for me the day at the carnival. I grabbed it and looked at it dead in the eyes.

"Why did he do that?" I asked the stuffed tiger.

No response.

I sighed and went to the bathroom to take a shower.

~Time Skip~

I finished getting ready for work and walked out the door.

I walk on the sidewalk and avoid eye contact with the people around me.

I stop and looked at the sky.

"It's gonna rain...." I mumbled.

"Miss Y/n?"

I look down.

"Q?"

"Good morning!" He giggled.

"Good morning... What are you doing here?"

"Just walking around until I bumped into you!"

"Oh, odd..." I mumbled.

"Well, I better get to work, see you later?" I waved and walked away.

~Time Skip~
I walked inside the agency to see no one in the room.

I walk inside.

Their probably in the meeting room....

I open the door to the meaning room and see everyone look at me once I walk in. The lights were off.

"Did I miss something?...." I ask.

"No, you're fine." F/n said.

She had the clerk uniform on.

Wow, she looks great in that! Mostly because she can look great in anything.

I find an empty seat by Akiko.

"The reason for this meeting is," Kunikida said while standing in front of the screen. "The Port Mafia."

"What about them?" Akiko asked.

"Well, it's been a while since we've talked about them. We all got so worked up about Y/n's second ability, we haven't had a chance to talk about it." Kunikida explained. "Let's start when Y/n got kidnapped-"

"YOU GOT KIDNAPPED?!" F/n and B/n said at the same time looking at me.

"....yes?" I mumble.

"Wait a minute," Kunikida said, "Where the hell is Dazai?"

I felt my face burn and stare at the table.

"Slept in?" Atsushi said, "Maybe???"

Kunikida sighed, "Screw it, we'll do this without him."

I'm kinda worried now... Eh he'll be fine. Besides, he's Dazai.

"What exactly was their reason for kidnapping you?" Kunikida asked pointing at me.

"To power a machine?" I said.

"What kind?"

"I don't know! I just kept telling Mori dark humor jokes and being a smart ass with Chuuya!" I said. "But I do know they needed me to power it."

"For what?"

"So it can work?..."

"Why you specifically?"
