It was snowing as we left the agency. Me and Akiko had finished setting the decorations up.
"We did a pretty good job!" I say to Akiko.
She smiles and nods. "Even though it took a while, it was worth it."
We had made it to the apartments.
I make sure the things I had in Kyouka's bag are all ready. I will definitely be giving the best gift for Secret Santa. But.... What if it's no good....
No I'll be fine.
I get on my futon and open my laptop, I decided to watch a Christmas movie. I huddled up in a blanket with hot chocolate beside me.
"This is the life." I mumble.
Akiko was watching me in confusion.
We stare at each other.
"Have you ever seen Home Alone?" I ask.
~Time Skip~
Me and Akiko drank hot chocolate as we watched Home Alone. We were both wrapped up in our own blankets.
"Exactly, how does this kid think of these ideas?" Akiko asked me.
"I have no idea, either." I say.
I look at the time.
"Alright, time for bed." Akiko stood up.
"Aw man!" I say.
She chuckles and leaves the room.
Since when do I get a bedtime?
I sighed and got in my futon.
I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
