Chapter 104: Bar Break

I wake up and see Dazai's arms still around me.

I tried to sit up, but he pulled me down.

"Osamu. It's morning."

"So?" He mumbled.

"We have work."

"We can just sleep in... That annoying Kunikida can do the work.."

"Osamu."

"Y/n."

"I'll button your shirt?"

"No. Sleeping in with you is better."

"Osamu. We have to."

"No, we don't.."

I heard a knock on the door. Me and Dazai looked at each other.

I was trying to get up to answer the door. Dazai was holding me close to him.

"Osamu, let me answer it!" I shout whispered.

"No."

"Y/n? Dazai?" I heard a familiar voice say.

Atsushi.

"It's just Atsushi. Let me answer it." I say.

"He can wait." Dazai pulled me closer to him.

I tried to wiggle out of his grasp. I sighed. "Atsushi! Open the door on your own! Dazai won't let me!"

"We're sleeping in! Go away!" Dazai said.

"Osamu! Let me answer!" I say.

"No."

I heard the door unlock. Atsushi walked down the hall and saw us.

"U-uh.." He was looking at us.

"Go. We're sleeping." Dazai said.

"No we're not. What is it, Atsushi?" I asked.

"Oh.. everyone's getting a day off today."

Dazai's eyes lit up.

"Why?" I asked.

"Well, the president thought we deserved it, and in the afternoon, we're all going to the bar to celebrate our victory after defeating Sc/n."

"Now we are?" I asked. "But that was more than a week ago.."

"Yeah.. but the president thinks we deserve a break." Atsushi said. "I was just letting you two know.."

"Okay. Now shoo." Dazai said.

Atsushi walked away and closed the door.

Dazai smirked at me. "We can sleep in now~"

"I'm not even tired."

"Then you better find a way to fall asleep." Dazai closed his eyes.

I slowly wiggled out of his grasp. He pulled me closer and got a tighter grip around me.

"Why can't I just walk around?" I asked.

"I can't sleep without you by me.."

"Osamu. We can't just stay in bed all day."

"Then what is there to do if we can't sleep in?"

"We can always just go to the carnival or something."

"Sleeping in sounds better."

"How long are we going to argue over this?"

"Until I win."

"How long do you even want to stay in bed?"

"Until we have to go to the bar.."

"Nope. Let me go."
