Nikita gripped a shelf behind him. His mind was so confused. Was this happening? He thought he only dated girls so far. Was he just a guinea pig for his curiosity?

"I'll wait outside." Nikita nudged Lev aside and slid away, rushing outside as fast as he could.

The topic was closed and remained untouched even throughout the car ride. Nikita was ignoring Lev completely, doing something on his phone just so he doesn't have to make eye contact.

Before entering the villa Lev decided to open the topic again. "Look about what happened.."

"Can't talk now. Sorry." Nikita ran inside the villa and went straight into his room.

This wasn't good. Lev closed the door and took off his shoes and jacket. Had he made a mistake? Maybe Nikita was just overly sensitive about the whole situation and didn't like him at all. But just leaving it like this was going to weigh on both their minds. If he wasn't interested in him even at all, then Lev would rather hear it than try in vain.

He went upstairs and knocked on Nikita's door. The door opened reluctantly.

"Yes?" Nikita peeked.

"Let's talk." Lev nudged the door and Nikita hesitantly let go of the pressure.

Walking inside, Lev wasn't sure why he felt nervous to do this. He sat down on the bed waiting for Nikita to close the door and sat on the desk chair, his leg nervously playing under the seat.

Nikita cleared his throat. " I'm not a person who likes to feel discomfort of any kind. I don't do well with tension or confrontation so.."

Lev sighed. "I think we should clear a few things up."

"Exactly." Nikita agreed.

"Do you hate me?" Lev asked hoping he won't hear the answer he feared to get.

"No." Nikita said, confused. "I don't hate you."

"Did I scare you before?"

"No." Nikita answered. He wouldn't exactly say scared. He was feeling other things than fear.

"Then why are you sitting miles away from me?" Lev asked, leaning his elbows over his knees.

Nikita suddenly felt guilty. Lev looked really vulnerable, almost confused. Nikita got up and walked over to Lev, sitting next to him. "I'm sorry for running off the way I did, but I just.." He paused when he realized how Lev was looking at him. "I'm not going to lie those looks confuse me."

Lev placed a hand over Nikita's mouth. "Do you like me?"

Nikita brought his hand down ."What about you? Do you like me? Because this behavior.."

"I like you."

If silence could speak it would have a whole lot to say about the tension in the room. Nikita couldn't believe what he just heard.

"I thought you liked girls."

"When did I say that?" Lev raised a brow.

"Today." Nikita was losing his mind. "You said you dated a lot of girls. Or at least you insinuated it."

"I've only dated girls, but.." Lev leaned back on the bed. "I'm also interested in you."

Nikita was silent again. So does that mean his unrequited crush would turn into something more? He instantly felt a surge of excited nervousness. Tai was right. She saw right through this.

"It's a first for me too. I'm attracted to you and I can't help it. " Lev sighed. "And I was hoping you like me too."

Nikita stared at him, nervously gripping the bed sheet under his hand. "How can you be this upfront?" It took everything in him to just lock eyes with him and come up with something to say. Was he not feeling nervous? Anxious?
