~Red Velvet POV

Another peaceful day with the cakes. A nice relaxing breeze brought a small thought to Red Velvet's mind.

He hadn't really been hanging out with friends lately due to the work with his cake army, but Red Velvet felt perfectly fine. But the thought in his mind from the breeze still lingered around in his head.

What was this feeling? He couldn't put his finger on it, but he knew he would figure it out soon enough. Red Velvet didn't let it bother him as he went on with his day.

It was midday, meaning that it was time for Red Velvet to have lunch. He headed to the Dark Enchantress Kingdom (idk) to eat his lunch that he prepared in the earlier hours of the day.

After finishing his lunch, he saw the other dark cookies come into the main meeting room.

Pomegranate, Licorice, and Strawberry Crepe.

Strawberry Crepe was rambling about something as Licorice was doing so too. Pomegranate just looked annoyed and walked away from the quarrel.

"Good afternoon, Pomegranate."

Red Velvet tried to greet her nicely, but she just walked past with no attention given. He rolled his eyes and greeted the other cookies. Strawberry Crepe waved, but instantly looked away due to their annoyance of being with Licorice Cookie.

That left only Licorice.

"Uhm.. Good afternoon, Licorice Cookie."

He was expecting the same rude reaction as the others did, but Licorice's expression calmed.

"Hello, Red Velvet. I wasn't expecting you to be here!"

"Oh, I thought you would diss me too! Thanks for greeting me."

Licorice smiled awkwardly, then blushed. His face triggered a feeling inside Red Velvet. It was that thought from earlier. It was ringing inside his head.

It wouldn't stop, which made Red Velvet blush and sweat. It was an awkward moment, and they both wanted to do something about it.

"Uhm.. So, do you wanna.."

Awkward.

"Go somewhere?"

"Sure! Where?"

"Maybe like a.. fair..? A festival?"

Red Velvet was excited about Licorice's invitation. It was a while since they had gone somewhere together. A long while. Then another thought came to Red Velvet's head.

"What if someone finds out that we're not doing something that-"

Licorice put his finger on Red Velvet's lips, quieting him.

"Sh.. Nobody will know,"

Red Velvet blushed as Licorice pulled his finger back. The feeling made him sweat, but he also liked it.

"Now come on. I know where we can find a fair!"

Licorice's expression and attitude changed quickly. It's like he went from flirty to just his normal self.

Flirty..

No! They were just friends.. They wouldn't let it go that far.

Red Velvet let Licorice take the lead as they headed to the fair that Licorice had planned to go to.

~4 Hours Later

The fair had been a great experience for them. Red Velvet was just worried that Dark Enchantress or some cookie would find out.

Licorice and Red Velvet were in line for cotton candy. 

"See? Wasn't today fun?" Licorice patted Red Velvet's shoulder as they both blushed.

"Yeah, but I'm still worried that someone might find out."

"Oh, cmon. Nobody will find out you just let the feeling go!"

Just when Red Velvet was about to complain again, Licorice hushed him again with his finger. It still felt flirty to Red Velvet, which made him think dirty.

All of this was overwhelming Red Velvet.

Dirty thoughts, someone finding out, and the thought of just hanging out with one of his best friends.

The thing that stood out most was the dirty thoughts. He hadn't felt like this before near one of his friends.

Right after they ordered their cotton candy, they were on their way back to the Dark Enchantress Kingdom. But Licorice Cookie didn't want to leave.

Red Velvet looked ahead, enjoying his cotton candy. Licorice fell behind a bit, realizing something.

Before Red Velvet could leave, Licorice Cookie gripped Red Velvets hand and dragged him somewhere.

The bathroom.

"W-What are we doing here..?"

Licorice hushed him again with a smirk, but Red Velvet was annoyed. He pulled down the finger and asked again, but louder.

"Now, now. Calm down. I just wanted to.. do something."

"And what, exactly?"

Before Red Velvet could say another word, Licorice pinned him to the wall and gave him a deep kiss.

"Agh! Licorice! W-what are you doing?! Ngh!"

Licorice didn't answer and continued kissing. He then dragged him to the biggest stall and continued.

All of this was sudden, but Red Velvet decided that he would allow it. He remembered one situation where this almost happened to them both.

The kissing and undressing felt like it lasted forever, which felt nice.

Licorice turned and tackled Red Velvet to the bathroom floor (gross) and continued.

"Are you sure you want to go this far..?"

"I-I don't know.. I'm not sure if I want to.."

"Oh well.. Your loss."

Licorice stopped and got up. He left the bathroom before Red Velvet could say anything else.

"W-Wait!" Red Velvet's heart dropped as he got up. He left the bathroom, only to see other cookies walking and passing by. Red Velvet didn't know what to feel. Pleasured or angry. 

Red Velvet headed to the Dark Enchantress Kingdom, assuming it was both.
