Strawberry Crepe Cookie was working on their newest Wafflebot experiment. They wanted to create something more functional with many new features.

Possibly something to be their pet.

On the other hand, Espresso Cookie was working on a different project.

Both of them could feel the tension across the workshop. They had recently argued over what project should've been prioritized, and they hadn't talked to each other since.

Strawberry Crepe was halfway finished with their project. They grabbed a screwdriver next to them, which had fallen off the work table.

Strawberry Crepe strained to reach the screwdriver, but they were holding onto an essential part of their project. They couldn't let go.

Suddenly, Strawberry Crepe's project broke apart due to the amount of straining. Strawberry Crepe fell to the ground as their hard work collapsed on the floor.

"N- No..!" Crepe said, picking up the broken waffle cone shards.

They looked over to Espresso Cookie, who didn't even bother to look back at the situation.

Strawberry Crepe had been working on this project for days. Seeing it broken was something that they would cry over.

And indeed, they did.

Strawberry Crepe ran away, covering their face as tears flew through their fingers.

Crepe ran away as fast as they could, not knowing the purpose of running away from their problem.

They sat down on a dark stump. Crepe sighed and looked into the light purple sky.

Wait... Light purple..?

Strawberry Crepe looked down and inspected the place they were in right now. Did it seem to smell like.. raisins?

Raisins!

Strawberry Crepe turned to see Black Raisin Cookie sitting next to them.

"B- Black Raisin! Why are you here..?"

"More importantly, why are you here? Careful, it might be dangerous.."

"I... I just needed some time alone. There's just... too much for me to handle."

"Hm? Too much? I've seen you finish your projects left and right like you're on a sugar rush!"

Strawberry Crepe smiled as Black Raisin wiped away faint tears on their face.

"Thanks for trying to make me feel better, Black Raisin Cookie..."

Black Raisin gave a soft smile but hid it when Strawberry Crepe looked at her again.

"Haha! I rarely see you smile!"

"Q- Quiet!" Black Raisin said, flustered. "I just.. feel different... okay..?!"

Strawberry Crepe laughed as Black Raisin got up from the stump.

"Well, kid, I'll see you later."

Strawberry Crepe nodded and began to walk back to their workshop. They both split paths, feeling good one way or another.

However, the thoughts of their hard work being destroyed began to rush back to them.

They blocked all of the negative thoughts out and tried to stay positive. It seemed to be working too.

Strawberry Crepe Cookie had made it back to the workshop. They sighed with disappointment, expecting their project to still be broken on the floor.

However, it was perfectly fine and set right on top of the work table.

"W- What?! This is... How did this..?" Strawberry Crepe said, confused. Suddenly, they slowly turned their head to Espresso Cookie, who was trying to hide his smile.

"E- Espresso Cookie..? Thank you! Thank you so much..!"

"Don't mention it. I was only feeling... pitiful..."

"Haha! That totally seems like something you'd say! Thanks, you coffeeholic!"

Strawberry Crepe hadn't felt this great since their last project had been finished, which was a while ago.

Espresso Cookie and Strawberry Crepe Cookie broke their quarrel and began to be healthy work partners again.
