once again, soojin awoke to an empty bed. sitting up with a stiff sigh, the girl blew a strand of ebony hair from her face and swung her legs over the side of the mattress. her head ached slightly from staying up late the night before.
she and jeno (later joined by ten and kun) spent the evening laughing and bonding over stories from their childhood. soojin even offered jeno an internship at her corporation if he was ever willing, to which the boy beamed and promised to think about it.
rubbing a hand over her face again, the girl fell back onto the bed and reached for her phone, smiling as her fingers were drawn to her boyfriend's contact.
