"Wassum mami."Melly greeted Jahlyla as he answered her call.
"Hey baby,sorry I took so long,I was busy,but I have your answer."she said happily.
"It's aight,what he say?"he asked her as he ate popcorn,laying down on his mother's couch.
"Youuuu can stay with us."she said making him smile.
"Bet,when?"he asked her throwing popcorn up and catching it in his mouth.
"You can book a flight for tomorrow, it's just me for now."she said as she put on her shoes and grabbed her keys,walking out of the house.
"Aight,that's bool,where you going mami?"he asked hearing her car start.
"I'm going to the store,just buy a few things for the house and for myself." She said placing the phone on speaker and setting it down as she began driving.
"You can cook for me tomo'?"he asked her as he got up,going to the kitchen to get a can of coke.
"Yeah,I'll buy things,I haven't cooked in a while."she said laughing lightly.
"You just been ordering and shit?"he questioned laughing.
"Yeah,I'm surprised I'm not fat,I need to start working out again though." She said stopping at a red light.
"You'on need to."he told her as he loudly drank the drink.
"Boy why you drinking so loud?"she asked him as she drove again.
"Shit my fault,this salt got me thirsty." He said smiling.
"What you eating?"she asked as she parked Infront of the store.
"Popcorn."he said like a child.
"Why you say it like that?"she asked him smiling at how cute he sounded as she entered the store,grabbing a cart.
"Shit ion know,it just came out like that."he said scratching his head.
"You too cute."she said as she went to the meat section
"I know."he said cockily.
"Good,I don't wanna hang up on you but I need to shop now."she said making him pout.
"Always tryna leave me."he said sadly.
"I'm sorry baby,I'll call you immediately when I get home and you'll see me tomorrow okay?"she said thinking of what meat to pick.
"Okay Mami,I'll wait."he said making her softly smile.
"Thank you baby,I'll talk soon,I love you."she said kissing the phone.
"Okay,I love you too mami,bye."he said hanging up after kissing the phone as well.
Melly laid back down on the couch thinking.
'What the hell going on with me?'

He really had so much love for Jahlyla ever since the group chat.
