Izuku's POV

I woke up feeling nervous yet excited. A few weeks ago, I showed Aizawa some evidence to warrant the arrest of Overhaul and a raid of all his facilities. Today, I'm leading my first conference. I made sure to compile all of my evidence into actual documents and print them out. I have also made sure to get all pictures printed and videos cut to show the most crucial details. I put time stamps on everything and made sure to keep everything in a folder with me at all times. I think people know that something's up, but no one has asked me any questions. I'm mostly thankful for that, but also a bit disappointed. I thought that I was starting to bond with these people, but whatever.

I got out of bed and walked over to my wardrobe, getting out a formal set of clothes. I fold it all and put it under my arm before walking back to my bedside table, getting the manilla folder out and going through every piece of evidence again. Everything seems in order, so I put it back in the drawer and go take a shower. I take the time to focus on all the events leading up to this. About a week and a half after I showed Aizawa and the other teachers the video, he informed me that they had gotten some heroes to spread the word of a conference. I then told him the prefecture everything was located in, getting him to set the conference with heroes based around there.

Two weeks after that, I was told that the Nighteye agency had started an investigation a few weeks after I did. I got in touch with them and asked for them to share any information they might have. I eventually got it, and some of it was useful in filling in certain gaps in my information. That brings me to now. I turn off the water and step out of the shower, drying off as quick as possible. I put on a white tee shirt and then a white dress shirt, followed by my black dress pants so I can tuck the shirts in easily. I put on a tie and a vest, rolling up the sleeves to my dress shirt. I go back to my room and grab my folder, walking down to the common rooms and sitting on the couch. I lay my head back and close my eyes, mentally preparing myself for the meeting ahead.

I hear people walking down the stairs and immediately stand up and walk back to the kitchen with my folder. I put it on the counter before grabbing a pan, a bowl, and a few eggs. I hear Kirishima and Kaminari talking while walking over to the kitchen. I put the pan on the stove at a low heat, buttering the pan after it heats up a bit. I crack the eggs on the counter before putting them into the bowl and scrambling them. I grab some spices and put them in with a little bit of milk before pouring the contents of the bowl into the pan. I hear the two getting closer but brush it off. I get some bacon and another pan, along with some peppers and a few chives. I cut the chives and peppers before putting them in the middle of the eggs. I grab some cheddar from the fridge and shred a bit. I sprinkle the cheese into the omelette.

I put the other pan on the stove at medium heat and toss the bacon in. I flip it over after a few minutes and take it out of the pan when it's done. I cut up the bacon before putting the chopped pieces into the omelette. I take the pan off the stove and kill the heat before flipping the omelette over on itself. I slide it onto a plate before grabbing my folder and leaving the kitchen. I see Kirishima and Kaminari sitting at the table next to each other. I sit a few seats away and eat my food quietly. "Yo Midobro, why are you so far away? And all dressed up?" I look up at the two and see them with confused looks on their faces. I stand up, the plate in one hand and the folder in the other, before walking over and sitting across from them.

"Sorry, I didn't want to interrupt. And I've got something important going on later." I go back to eating and wait for one of them to speak.

"So, what's in there?" I see Kaminari reach for the folder, and my instincts take over before I can stop them. I grab his wrist and twist it a bit. I notice what I'm doing and let go quickly. "S-sorry bro. Y-you could've just said not to touch it."

"No, I apologize. I didn't mean to do that, but after a while of being a vigilante, you learn to be quick before someone else takes your stuff. It's all classified information that's important for what I'm doing later." I see the two nod. Kaminari is rubbing his wrist, so I stand up and go back to the kitchen. I fill a resealable bag with ice and wrap it with a towel, tying it off with a rubber band before walking back to the two. "Here, keep this on your wrist. It might not help too much, but it's better than nothing." He accepts it and puts it on his wrist. I go back to eating and go wash all my dishes when I finish. I sit on the couch with my folder next to me, waiting for Aizawa to show up. It takes a bit, but he shows up eventually.

"Aizawa, what took you so long?" He's wearing an all-black suit with a black tie on. His jacket is buttoned. "I've been waiting for a bit. Then again, that might just be my nerves talking." He walks up to me and asks if I'm ready to go. "As ready as I'll ever be."

"Good enough. Let's get going. We need to set everything up." I nod and we leave the building, arriving at a black car. I get in the passenger's side while Aizawa starts the car. "You know, you didn't need to make a whole folder, right?"

"I felt like it would look better if I did. Plus, when you're getting information from people underground, they do it this way. After you've used all the info, you shred it. No online footprint, and no physical evidence." He hums in response and continues to drive.

"Do you have everything you need in there?"

"No. All of the videos are on my phone. I cut them up and made sure to make everything brighter so I could get through all the important stuff quickly and move on to my next point without many questions. Time is of the essence, after all."

"You're surprisingly well prepared for all this. However, there are going to be a few people opposed to your presence there. Ignore them for now and just focus on getting all your information out there." I hum a response and look out the window. The rest of the drive is short, and we get there a few minutes later. I get out and ensure that I have everything I need. Taking a deep breath, I open the door. Here goes nothing.
