Izuku's POV
I walk into the room full of heroes. Their eyes all turn to me, and I simply walk past, sitting in a chair at the end closest to the front of the room. Aizawa sits to my right, and I close my eyes, making sure to collect myself as best as possible. After a few minutes, I open my eyes. Everyone is still staring at me, but they seem to all be there. I stand up and walk to the front of the room, putting the manila folder down to my right and making sure my phone is streaming to a TV in the right corner of the room. "Hello. To those of you who don't know me, I'm Midoriya Izuku. You probably know me as the Green Anarchist, even though I hate that title. Aizawa has helped me gather you all here today to discuss an important issue. For a few months now, I've been tracking a group called the Shie Hassaikai. They're a yakuza group led by a man named Chisaki Kai, alias Overhaul.
"I have compiled enough evidence to get a warrant to raid their base. I hope that after today, you're willing to work with me to bring them down. In this folder, I have documents proving they've committed various crimes, including drug running, grand theft, murder, and child endangerment. These might seem like a strangely mixed bag, but that doesn't mean that the way they function is random." I pull out multiple copies of every document and pass them to everyone. I grab the first paper off the top and wait until everyone has their copy. "If you look through this, you'll see some of the conversations they've had. I took the time to transcribe it all. If you'd like to hear the conversations, I have them all backed up on a computer and can email them all to you later. If you go to the fifth item in your papers, you'll see one of his thugs stealing close to $100,000. The next item is the police report.
"Within that is where we find out one of his people's quirks. This person has the ability to make someone feel like they're drunk. The man's name is Sakaki Deidoro. He is part of a subset of the Shie Hassaikai called the Eight Bullets. The other seven members in this group have quirks to look out for. Rappa Kendo. Quirk: Strongarm. Generally bloodthirsty and violent. Setsuno Toya. Quirk: Larceny. After a hard childhood, he feels he has nothing to give but his undying loyalty to the Shie Hassaikai. Hojo Yu. Quirk: Crystalize. In the past, he would sell the crystals he made from his body at a lucrative price. Tabe Soramitsu. Quirk: Food. He can eat and digest anything. Tengai Hekiji. Quirk: Barrier. He and Rappa are constantly together, Tengai acting as the others babysitter. Katsukame Rikiya. Quirk: Vitality stealing. This member is incredibly dangerous, taking the energy from any person he touches. If we raid their base, we should have long ranged heroes attack him. Finally, Nemoto Shin. Quirk: Confession. Anyone who faces him should be ready to cover their ears, unless they are ready to ruin the mission and spill all of our info."
We run through most of the information without a hitch. I get a few questions, some of them about why I'm here or why they should trust me, but I believe that it's going well. We get into the final few bits of information and I prepare myself. "Now, this is the main reason I called you here today. Because while this yakuza group has some dangerous members, they don't seem too out of the ordinary for yakuza groups. Until now. We have evidence that shows that this group has found a way to create bullets that temporarily or even permanently erase someone's quirk."
"How is this possible? I mean, the only way we know of a way to erase someone's quirk is through Aizawa." I see Sir Nighteye's student trainee look at me confused.
"Mirio, right?" He nods. "They're achieving it through ways that I'd like to forget. I have video evidence of him gathering the bullets. Here." I play the video and look away. I look around at the heroes and see them get progressively more upset, enraged, or sickened. Some look like they're going to throw up. "I'm gonna let you all collect yourselves a bit before we carry on." I walk over to Aizawa and sit down next to him. "How am I doing so far?"
"Better than I thought you would. You're nervous, but you're doing a good job at keeping it at bay."
"Fighting is scarier than this, we both know this. I could care less about being judged. I'm just worried that I wasn't selling how important this is."
"Believe me, you've sold your point. Now bring it home." I nod and stand up. I go over to a table at the back end of the room and grab a bottle of water. I take a few sips before going back to the front of the room. Everyone sees me stand there and go back to their seats, looking up at me. For some reason, it makes me feel good. Like a true leader.
"I know that the video was tough to see. Thank you for continuing to act rationally though. I have a small bit of information remaining. The little girl seen in the video is named Eri. Recently, there was a civilian who bumped into the little girl. The civilian filed a police report, but nothing came up. Chisaki is said to be using the excuse that she is his daughter. After a bit of digging, I've found that that is false. Her mother died of a mysterious accident, and her father left after the mother died. Eri was entrusted to someone related to her, the leader of the Shie Hassaikai. He fell into a coma recently, so Chisaki took over. Based on the footage and what we know about the bullets they're producing; I have some idea of what her quirk is. Either it can rewind someone's quirk, or break down the cells in someone's body. If anyone else has any theories, I'd like to hear them."
Fatgum speaks up first. "Maybe she has a quirk like Aizawa's. An erasure type." Some people murmur in agreement.
"While that theory sounds plausible initially, it wouldn't when considering the purpose of the bullets. The bullets rely on direct contact with the skin, while Aizawa's quirk doesn't. All he needs to do is look at someone. I did think of that originally though, so I can see where you're coming from." After a few more ideas, people seem to come to an agreement that my theories seem the closest to the actual quirk. After a few more details are smoothed over, the meeting is ready to end.
"I'd like to thank all of you for working with me today, and for trusting me. I would like to continue to work with all of you and would appreciate it if we can shut more operations like this down together. Good day." Everyone stands up and collects their papers before walking out. I hang back and make sure to clean everything up before going outside. I see Aizawa waiting for me.
"Congrats kid. You lead your first successful meeting." I feel better at those words and walk towards him. "Ready to go?" I nod at him.
"My legs feel like jelly. I was so nervous I was gonna fuck it up at some point."
"You did better than anticipated. Now let's get you home. Someone wants to talk to you."
"Who?"
"All Might."
