A New Life

Chapter 10: The Tournament

Goku and his universe 7 team of himself, 17, Broly, Vegeta, Goku Black, Goten and Trunks, Gohan, Pan and Piccolo. He saw Universe 6 who had Cabba, Hit, Kale and Caulifa, King of Sadala who was a Saiyan King, a strange Blue Majin which surprised goku and vegeta. The two namekian warriors. A hooded warrior who was hiding his identity. Then the final teammate of U6 was a human!?

Champa laughs and said "Well lucky us we found a survivor of the human race! His name is John!"

John looks at the U7 squad and turns away. Not wanting to show his nervous and scared side since he felt terrified at who had to face. He never wanted to be in this tournament to begin with. U11 squad came in  the area with the 3 leaders of the pride troopers. Jiren, Dyspo, and Toppo. Then there was the rest of the pride troopers who go by their command name of numbers 1-7.

Goku said "Yo Jiren! Can't wait to fight you!"

Jiren smirked and crossed his arms as he said "Well Son Goku. I too am excited. I want my rematch against you anyways. You are a great warrior."

Goku said "Well you will see who is the best now!" He laughs as Jiren smirks at Goku as Dyspo noticed Goku Black.

Dyspo said "Yo Jiren. I never knew this goku fellow had a twin." Jiren looks at Goku Black.

Jiren said "I see. I never saw him in the tournament of power. Must of been a warrior Son Goku required to test us with. Also he did mention he had a son." He sees goten. He then chuckles a bit "Son Goku your universe is such a curious world."

Toppo said "We must go and shake hands and respect our fellow opponents." Jiren and his squad nodded. All three universes shook hands as the bracket was made. Thanks to Whis and Vados.

Goku Black said "So I get to face a human. Great." He sighs as he looks at John who looked very scared. "He looks like he wants to pee in his pants."

Goku chuckled and pat his shoulder. "Don't worry GB. If you win you could face off against Jiren. He's very strong."

Vegeta said "Kakarot you do realize Trunks is facing Jiren." He got very angry at Goku pointing out that Jiren will literally win against Trunks which is technically true.

Goku said "I am not being bias. I'm just saying Jiren is strong!" He chuckled nervously.

Vegeta said "Trunks! You better show effort! Or I will force you to train in Planet Zarla in the deep cold air!" Trunks gulped not wanting to go there of all places. He heard from his mother about that planet where his father went and did grueling training for a month in the cold air planet.

Trunks said nervously said "Yes d-dad!"

Whis said "This tournament will be held for 5 days. It's 3 rounds. Round 1 will be held for 3 days. Block A will fight today. Block B tommorow and Block C the third day. Then winners of each block will face off the fourth day. Then the final day which is the 5th day, all three winners from each block will face off in the finals where we will declare a winner. Yes you may end up facing your fellow universe squad but its not a team effort tournament. It's a free for all. So good luck."

Goku Black said "Woah that's crazy."

Pan said "Yeah but I'll do my best and win!"

Caulifa laughs at her and said "You win ha! In your dreams kid. I can totally kick your ass."

Kale said "S-Sis I don't think you should underestimate her. She seems powerful." She tries to warn Caulifa.

Caulifa said "She can't beat me Kale. I will prove that I am the best female saiyan in the world!"

Cabba sighed "Sorry about her. She has big ego and can be cocky." He bows politely at Pan. Pan giggles at Cabba bowing.

Pan said "Oh no it's fine. She seems strong to fight. You seem strong too. Since your a saiyan too."

Cabba smiled and nodded as he said "It's all thanks to my master and mentor Vegeta."

Pan looked at him in shocked and looks at Vegeta who looked away but smirked.

Pan said "Wow I guess he taught many things. Now I am super interested in this tournament."

Vados said "Will all fighters from Block A please head to the arena backstage area. Block B and C fighters will sit in the stands to watch today's 1st Round Matches for Block A. Every warrior did what they were told.

All Block A Fighters were ready as the first match was coming up soon. It was gonna be Gohan vs Dyspo.

Vados said "Alright everyone. As we get ready for our matches. We like show you the reward of winning this tournament." They show the Namekian Dragon Balls. "As you see, we decided the winner gets 1 wish for winning he tournament."

Whis said "I will say. This will be fun.  Also enjoy the tournament Lord Beerus, Lord Champa and Lord Belmond. Your seats are this way." He shows them to their seats that had a good view of the arena."

Goku said "Oh man! My son facing off against Universe 11's fastest man alive. This will be incredible!"

Jiren chuckles and said "I see the power of your elder son Son Goku. He is incredible and smart. He could be a great member of our pride troopers. He if ever considers it.

Goku laughs softly and smiled "Well I think he would love the idea but he has a goal in his life at the moment. He loves to fight but loves peace and his family."

Jiren said "I see. A true warrior showing heart."

Toppo said "I sense a lot of good justice from that boy!"

17 said "Well let's hope these matches don't disappoint.  I tend to be bored if a fight isn't interesting." He sits down and sips on his water.

●Meanwhile●

Zamasu was sitting in the bleachers as he was not caught yet. His disguise was very hidden. Thanks to his disguise. He was part of the tournament. He will love to face his creation. Even if he had to kill him for betraying his loyalty of joining the saiyans. Zamasu saw Goku Black. He knew GB would be strong since he could sense his ki and God ki.

Zamasu said "So...your been training. Impressive." He mutters as he watched GB and also the tournament.  "I will win this.."
