A new day started with a new cigarette. With each breath, he exhaled in hopes of it getting easier and he could feel the nicotine seep into his lungs, helping him relax for the day ahead.
It was a good thing that his classes were starting in a couple of days since he'd be able to avoid spending time with Taehyun like that, but it was a bad thing that Taehyun was going to study in the same university as him because he might come across him who knows how many times.
It wasn't like Yeonjun didn't want to see the boy. It was the opposite indeed. Inwardly, Yeonjun wanted to spend all of his hours being with him, caring for him and loving him, because his feelings towards the boy were still pretty strong. They had chained Yeonjun's heart to the other and refused to let go and there seemed no chance that they would ever go away. That's why Yeonjun hated Taehyun so much. The latter broke his heart and left him in pieces alone with those feelings which hurt more than any bullet would ever have. Now he was trying to break him even further...
But Yeonjun wasn't going to let him win this time. He was going to get rid of those feelings as soon as possible and find someone else who could bring him the happiness he deserved. He was going to find a way to unchain his heart from Taehyun.
"How was the night?" Hyunjin asked as they all sat together in a cafe on Saturday, chatting about anything and everything that was on their mind while drinking some coffee or tea.
Yeonjun instantly figured out which night his friend was talking about by the suggestive tone he used. The memories about Beomgyu flowed back into his mind and he sighed at the thought before answering. "Fine, I guess," he replied shortly and leaned back against the chair.
"So you banged Choi Beomgyu, huh?" Changbin asked teasingly, grinning widely with amusement lacing his eyes which were directed at Yeonjun, "Was he loud?" He wondered out loud in curiosity and an evil smirk wavering on his lips as he crossed his arms against his chest.
"Don't listen to him," Felix answered instead of Yeonjun, chuckling lightly as he took a sip from his cup before continuing, "He's only curious because he has a secret crush on him."
"Come on!" Changbin whined as he looked at his friend with upset eyes. "It's not just me. Everyone wants to fuck him, but no one dares to approach him unless Beomgyu tries to court them himself."
The boys snickered at his words and shared glances amongst themselves. Yeonjun chuckled as well despite feeling a little embarrassed to admit that he actually enjoyed having sex with Beomgyu, who was very attractive. Yeonjun shook his head to get rid of these thoughts and cleared his throat loudly after taking another sip of his drink.
"Dude, do you even know who he is?" Their other friend, Bang Chan, asked after everyone became silent, giving him a serious stare and confusing Yeonjun greatly who couldn't really get what the male implied.
"What do you mean?"
Bang Chan snorted, "Well," he paused for a brief moment to gather his thoughts, "There are many rumors about him in the university. Some people say that when he was still a child, he ended up in the mental hospital for killing his own father, but then he somehow managed to escape. Haven't you heard anything about the disaster at Blossoms Mental Hospital? If you haven't, you should do some research."
