i slept at my mom's dad's, grandpa, house because today is yale day. i walked down stairs where my grandma was eating oatmeal. i walked into the dining room, and grandma said, "good morning sweetie! do you get more beautiful everyday?" "good morning to you too." i said, sitting down. "you ready for the biggest day of your life?" grandpa asked, entering the room. "that's not what my dad said." i replied. "well that makes sense but a bulldog could easily beat up a pilgrim." grandpa replied. "whatever floats your boat." grandma said. "okay aspen we leave in less than an hour." we got to yale and my grandpa and i saw nate and chuck. they were sitting under a tree. "well funny seeing you two here." i said. "aspen!" nate said. he got up, hugged me, and spun me around. "how was your grandfather's?" i asked. he kissed me. "a better question is how is your grandfather?" chuck asked. "what do you mean by that?" i asked. chuck stood up and said, "i know there's generations going back on your family and the secret society the life and death brigade. including your friends who visited." chuck replied. "what about that?" i asked. "i know you're going to be apart of it. so can you get me in?" chuck asked. "i'll get back to you on that." i replied. "could your brother help me out at harvard? i know your other grandfather is the dean there. how's thanksgiving?" chuck asked. "funny." i replied. "wanna grab a cup of coffee?" nate asked. "i wish i could, but i have to go meet my grandpa, go to the coffee cart by the library." i replied. "have fun!" chuck said. i got to my grandfather's office, and i saw blair walking out of it. "oh hey blair!" i said. "walk with me." blair said. "uh okay. shirley tell my grandfather i'll be right back." i said. "your grandfather?" blair asked. "you just met him." i said. "your grandfather is the dean at yale?" blair asked. "my other one is the dean at harvard." i said.
"so you can get me into the thingy at your grandfather's house?" blair asked. "no, i promised my grandfather i wouldn't. i'm sorry." i replied. "not your fault." blair said. then we saw serena. blair stormed right at her. "what are you doing serena?" blair asked. "oh these lovely people were just showing me the course catalog." serena replied. "no, here. yale. yale is mine." blair said. "well, i'll admit i came to punish you for what you said this morning." serena said. "well consider me punished. you can go home now." blair replied. "i actually like it here. the campus is beautiful, the people are so nice, and do you know how great the drama school is?" serena asked. "of course i know! it's world renowned!" blair yelled. "aspen's grandfather had me realize that by being so set on brown i closed off all my other options." serena said. nate waved me over. "i gotta go. bye serena. bye blair."  i walked away.  dress for my grandfatehr's party: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/662944007660188648/ i was at my grandparents party when i saw serena and blair fighting.
