Hope and Lyall apparated Remus and Selene over to the Potter's where Euphemia and Sirius were setting the long dining table while James and Fleamont engaged in a heated conversation regarding the muggle sport of soccer. The guests and hosts greeted each other until they finally settled in the seating area,

"Are we early?" Remus asked, regarding the absence of the other invited guests.

"Pete rain checked" James answered, "Said his mum is sick"

"Oh pity"

"Where's Lil?" Selene asked

"She's been a little upset," James trailed off gazing upstairs

"She phoned her parents from the train station, and they told her not to come home, too dangerous with all the murders" Sirius explained, "I think she was pretty understanding and all but her sister and her ratchet muggle boyfriend starting saying nasty things, unnecessary really, they could've just left it alone"

"Bastard" James muttered under his breath

"Anyway, she's staying here for a while, and we've just been giving her space since we got home"

"She'll come down eventually"Euphemia added sweetly, "But we won't pressure her"

"Poor girl, I hope she's doing okay" Selene said, sympathizing with the disconnection from family that Lily must be feeling

The four kids ventured away to let the parents converse and settled outside around the unlit fire pit, when Sirius spoke up.

"I have an idea" he smiled

"Famous last words" Remus shook his head, James peaked up however.

"I think we should pay an old visit to Dumbldore and get Ms Rowle here a spot in the order."

"Sirius I don't know-" Selene started

"No hear me out. You're better at Defense and Charms than all of us, even Transfiguration probably-"

"I wouldn't say that" Remus winked. Selene mocked hurt

"I'm serious!" Sirius continued,

"No I'm Sirius" James piped in proudly

"No you aren't, but I am and I think she'd be a valuable asset to the order, she knows the opponent better than anyone, it would almost be like having a spy" Selene had thought of the idea before but it would be too risky,

"I don't know Pads, would they even trust her, what if they didn't have her back on missions? It's too dangerous" Remus defended

"But we would Moony-"

"I know, but she's already such a big target to the death eaters, it's just not a risk I'm- we're willing to take"

"I understand the hesitancy, but she'd have us on missions and everyone will love her, she has good stuff going for her, she hasn't associated with death eaters in a long time, I think it'd be okay. What do you think Rowle?"

"I want to do my part" was all that she said. She knew it would be rocky. Gryffindors and even the other houses are stubborn on their views against Slytherins and it would be hard acclimating  to that, but at the same time, she didn't want to sit around and watch the men do all the work, just cause it was too dangerous, "I think it might be worth a shot"

"Sel-"

"It's okay Remus, trust me" she said to him, squeezing his hand reassuringly

"It's official!" Sirius cheered, "We will talk to Dumbledore at the next meeting" They all chorused cheers, even Remus, who still had his doubts.
