"All I wanted to do was stay in bed, actually." I adjusted my cap and hoodie as I exited the convenience store. Jin-Woo handed me a popsicle. "Eh? Do I look like a kid to you?"

"No. But I figured you'd want one." Damn, he knows me so well. I shook my head and started on my popsicle.

"You know, at some point, I wanted to pet Beru, beat Igris in a sword match, and just see how tall Belion is, or ride a dragon. I didn't thoroughly hate your story."

"Yeah, just the part where I'm in it."

"Hehe..." I just focused on my dessert. We walked down the sidewalk and down the hill with stairs roughly made out of small pebbles that had the view of the ocean. "I'm really not in the mood."

"Then where do you want to go?" An hour ago, Jin-Woo made me sit at the breakfast table to talk about where to go exploring. An hour of discussion only to come to the conclusion of just looking for a convenience store.

Then it hit me. I gradually, with my eyes wide open and a smirk slowly forming, turned to Jin-Woo. I've got myself a walking teleportation device.

"Hehehe. Okinawa desu!" I replied in a very high and cute tone.

He raised an eyebrow. To where Aihara Kotoko got lost and where Irie Naoki consoled her. The streets lined with gift shops, the apartment buildings, the atmosphere of anime as the sunlight catches your eyes. And the romanticism was like air floating on it. Since I watched that J-drama, I've had a desire to visit Okinawa, but I've been unable to do it since my "friends" always preferred to travel elsewhere.

"Jin-Woo, will you take me... to... Okinawa?" I pressed my lips together, my hands were like praying, and eyes asking for a yes. "You'll take me to Japan, won't you? Won't you?--Ack!"

"Eishh." He poked my forehead and pushed my face away from him. "You're not cute at all."

I blinked a couple times while wiping my forehead. Sheesh. You could've at least left out the 'you're not cute at all' bits and just pushed me away.

"Okay, fine. Let's just head back to the hotel." I took his hand and led him in a direction. But the scene suddenly changed. We teleported to a crowded place and district full of family restaurants, ramen shop

s, and gift shops.

I remember this place from a movie... Oh shit! It's Okinawa! Exactly how I envisioned it from earlier. The busy streets yet the sunny and clear sky. If only I could paint a picture right now. It's a dream come true.

"I-Is this for real?" He didn't respond, but I didn't mind and I immediately pulled out my phone to snap a few pictures here and there. I sprinted straight for the gift shop, snapped a few photos here and there, and bought souvenirs for my family. And for Fabian as well.

"Jin-Woo, Jin-Woo, Jin-Woo." He lazily went near me and took a second of a glance at the people lining up for an omikuji drawing. Hehe. I've seen this a lot in anime and it tells you about your fortune in life, money, and love life. I couldn't care less about the money and love life. All I want to know is that will I be able to survive until the end.
