"Really? When did you lose it?" Arriane asked as I walked out of the classroom as the class ended.

"After Roland's party."

"Oh no, sorry I didn't see your journal when I woke up," Arriane shrugged, uneasy about her being unaware of her surroundings that day due to a hangover. "Oh, what if someone took it? I wasn't aware, oh, shit, I'm sorry." she groaned.

"It's okay, it's not your fault."

She averted her gaze with suspicion, then returned with an exchanged look. "But don't worry, I'll find it and return it to you right away." she promised. That's how Arriane is, she's the type of friend who always has your back.

Ugh, damn it. Some of my sketches there are personal to me, especially those sketches of a random guy who I've dreamed. "Thanks, Ari." I sighed briefly and shook my head in amusement.

"Aw, don't worry, I've got your back." she winked and smiled warmly. As I previously stated, a friend who always has your back.

"All right, I have to go check the lost and found section — do you know where it is?"

"Ah, ask Randy, it's somewhere in the lobby."

I was making my way alone to the lobby, spotted Randy snoring in the corner of the desk, the left side of his face resting over his arm. Someone tapped my shoulder and I looked up, and noticed his white hair first before his amber eyes. "Hi, (Y/n)." Seth smiled charmingly with his eyes.

I returned his greeting with a fake smile, and a flat-uninterested-tone, asking, "What now?"

"Nothing, I just wanted to say hi."

"You just did." I said, standing next to the desk, grunting loudly in order to wake Randy's sleepy ass. "Randy." I urged him once more as I thumped my bag over the desk, Randy flinched slightly and continued to snore. Oh, please, wake the fuck up! "Hey, Randy."

Seth and I exchanged glances, why is he still here? Then I watched Seth push the call bell next to Randy and then tap the bell twice loudly, almost echoing the lobby, startling Randy. "Wakey wakey." Seth smirked mischievously, watching Randy gasp under his breath and lift his head with his eyes closed. "What?!"

"Good day, Randy." I beamed snarkily and crossed my arms, making Seth chuckle a little from my sarcasm, and I looked at him with my face dropped and said, "You didn't have to do that." I snapped, my eyes narrowed irritably at Seth with his mischievous grin, though Randy's face was actually kind of hilarious to see.

"Someone had to wake up his sleepy ass." Seth said, motioning with his hand to show his "thoughtfulness" by ringing that bell so loudly. I just gave him a fake laugh before returning my gaze to Randy.

"What is it!" Randy exclaimed, looking around until he saw Seth and me literally standing right in front of him. Is he all right? He doesn't appear to get enough sleep.

"The girl trying to ask you a favor." Seth said first, and I turned my head to look at him. "I'm not." I replied, returning my gaze to the attendant. "Just a question, Randy, where's the lost and found section?" I inquired, pulling my bag from the desk.
