Felix let out a long awaited sigh as he took a step into the bus, his eyes circulating the inside of the vehicle
He kept his head down and his hands in his hoodie pockets as he made his way to the middle of the bus, sitting down on a seat beside the window
He watched the rain drops race down the window as the music blasting in his ears melted the tension in his mind
The bus's doors closed as it drove off, stirring up a hidden feeling of anxiety in Felix
He looked to his side, misery hidden in his eyes as they stayed focused on the empty seat beside him
He took a deep breath in and turned his attention back to the window
He looked at h8s reflection and his heartt dropped once again, staring at the scar across his cheek
He did not want to cry, he could not, so he watched the sky cry for him
He slightly jumped as he felt a hand gently touch his shoulder
He looked to his side with sad eyes to see an elderly lady with a warm smile on her face
"Excuse me, is this seat taken?" She asked, pointing to the empty seat between the two of them
Felix quickly wiped his tears away and grabbed his small bag, sitting it down on the floor as he smiled back at the old lady
"No, you may sit here if you'd like" He replied, patting down on the seat
The lady nodded and sat down, sighing as she leaned back
"So, where are you headed?" She asked, turning to Felix as she took her glasses off and sat them down on her lap
"Back to college. The semester is starting tomorrow so I had to leave home" He replied, taking his airpods out of his ears and putting them back in their case
"Where are you from?" She asked
"Sydney Australia. And you?"
She sat up and smiled even more, making Felix feel a bit warmer inside
"I actually live here in Seoul but I was visiting my daughter and her husband in England. They wanted me to see my new granddaughter" She replied, grabbing her handbag and sitting it down on her lap
"That's so wholesome. What's her name?" Felix's expression softened as he said those words
"Choi Ari, named after her late aunt" she replied. "So which university do you go to?"
"JYP University" He replied
"Do you have any friends there?" She asked, looking out the window for her stop
